I have over 35 years of valuable experience working with a wide variety of people who are all facing different and unique challenges.
My holistic approach means that all coaching will be tailored to your individual needs. I use proven evidence-based techniques and review and evaluate each session so you leave with a clear understanding of where you are now and where the next step will take you.
Clients come to be me because I have experience in all areas of coaching including life, business and executive and can work confidently with a diverse range of situations.

Working with children and young people
I've worked extensively with children and young people and love doing so. If they are struggling with issues that are affecting them, that make them feel isolated/alienated from friends, family, opportunities and education I can help them to engage and get them back on track so they can achieve what they want to achieve.

My overall experience at organisational level includes senior executive positions. I have also worked with business partnerships, staffing relations and departmental conflict or change and dysfunction (In a variety of multi-unionised environments).
I have coached, mentored the developed several Business Executives and Human Resources specialists in various sectors. This experience is the foundation of my own personal career experience and practice, directing the strategy for organisational development of policy and as HR/OD Director in the commercial and public sector.
Association for Coaching
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

I work with interims, project staff, students and graduates to support progression in their career role or study. This work includes working with clients on the autistic spectrum.

In preparation for our first session, I provide you with an initial assessment to complete and return this will help us both to focus on your needs and it will form the foundation of the initial person-centred focus.
My hourly rate is £80.00 (Reviewed annually) with an admin rate when appropriate.

Commercial contracts are flexibly negotiable to client and business needs.

Attention Key Workers
My own background as an NHS HR Director gives me a unique perspective on the challenges our key workers are facing. In support of this, I am offering special rates to those currently working on the front line.
Flexible to client requirements-Daytime, evening and weekends by appointment. Appointment times arrange and agreed via website contact, e-mail or text.
