I have over 35 years of valuable experience working with a wide variety of people who have faced different and unique challenges.
My holistic approach means that all coaching will be tailored to your individual needs. I use proven evidence-based techniques, reviewed and evaluated as client requirements move forward and develop. Session's are supported with your own unique summary and guidance, so you have a clear understanding of where you are now and assess to support between sessions.
Clients come to be me because I have experience in all areas of coaching including life, business and executive and can work confidently with a diverse range of situations organisations and people.

Working with children and young people
I've worked extensively with children and young people and love doing so. If they are struggling with issues that are affecting them, making them isolated/alienated from friends, family, opportunities and education. I can help them to engage and offer them individually tailored tools to support them through the challenges they face.

My overall experience at organisational level includes senior executive positions. I have also worked with business partnerships, staffing relations and departmental conflict or change and dysfunction (In a variety of multi-unionised environments).
I have coached, mentored, supervised and mediated with Business Executives/Union officials and Human Resources specialists in various sectors. This experience is the foundation of my personal career experience and provide a background of knowledge for my coaching intervention and practice.
Association for Coaching
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

I also work with interims, project staff, students and graduates to support progression in their career, role or study. This work includes experience of working with clients on the autistic spectrum.

My own background as an NHS HR Director and work in Education gives me a unique perspective on the challenges facing both sectors right now. In support of this, I am offering special rates to those NHS staff currently working on the front line. Similar reductions are available to the Education Sector for development of individuals or contracts. I believe that a focussed development plan, will assist the Leadership in Education with self development and provide much needed support for themselves and their staff.
