About me

About my approach:
My coaching experience is within Business, Executive, Personal Development, People Management and all aspects of Life coaching, with a diverse range of client situations and challenges. The benefit of my person centred approach is to adopt a central focus on the priorities and challenges from the individual client perspective. There are many learning patterns, behaviours, external influencing factors that have an impact on our lives, and a person centred approach enables the coaching relationship to engage directly with the individual priorities. By working with the client priorities other areas and influences are positively changed. All positive change start with ourselves.

Moving into Solutions focussed intervention:
From this basis of person centred clarity, our relationship can then clearly explore plan and sensitively identify, priorities and goals, by
moving into solutions focussed objectives and areas of improvement. Solutions focussed techniques enables an increased self- awareness to encourage and maximise change, quickly. By working with individually defined boundaries that are complimentary to retaining work life balance and relationships, the self care of the client is protected.

My overall experience at organisational level includes senior executive positions. I have also worked with business partnerships, staffing relations and departmental conflict or change and dyfunction(In a variety of multi-unionised environments).

I have coached, mentored the developed several Business Executives and Human Resources specialists in various sectors. This experience is the foundation of my own personal career experience and practice, directing the strategy for organisational development of policy and as HR/OD Director in the commercial and public sector.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

No obligation enquiry or call, I gain an understanding from you about how you have arrived at this point in your life, you decide if we can work together.
In preparation for our first session, I provide you with an initial assessment to complete and return this will help us both to focus on your needs and it will form the foundation of the initial person centred focus. Generally my hourly rate is £80.00(Reviewed annually) with an admin rate when appropriate. Special rates available under COVID 19.
Commercial contracts are flexibly negotiable to client and business needs.

We start our sessions where you are as a client.

I work with interims, project staff, students and graduates to support progression in their career role or study.This work includes working with clients on the autistic spectrum.
