All my career experience in training, management and Human Resources offers a diverse breadth of Supervision, Mentoring and coaching in practice. All inform my person-centred coaching techniques. These techniques bring results to newly appointed staff, graduates, specialists in HR&OD, project staff and staff in transition.
Outside of the commercial and voluntary sector. I have extensive experience in education, government and the NHS. Supervision is essential to developing your authentic self. It provides a constructive sounding board for recently qualified coaches, young professionals or leaders in transition for promotion. Individually tailored learning is more effective and cost-efficient for the client because it addresses the unique learning preference for the individual. Person-centred coaching develops authenticity and an authentic leader involves knowing yourself owning yourself and being yourself.
