If you are affected by narcissism, I am your go-to coach. Having overcome narcissistic abuse and written a self help book about it shows I know what you are dealing with and understand what you are going through.

My coaching focusses on understanding what is going on and more importantly how you can take control of your life again. With a background as a psychotherapist, counselling tutor and meditation teacher, I use a range of tools and techniques (hypnosis, mindfulness, NLP, EFT and energy techniques) to support you to move away from where you are. To a place where you are in control of yourself and lead a life that supports your happiness and well-being.

I started my professional life as a nurse, but changed direction and went to university to read interpersonal communications and obtained my doctorate. I then became an international management consultant in IT, worked in the UK as a management consultant and changed career after I started a family.
I am a qualified life coach, teacher and counsellor and have worked for over 10 years with individual clients and groups.
