About me
I’m Rebecca, founder of Delphi Coaching & Therapy Services.
I’ve coached over 300 people and delivered more than 2,500 hours of sessions. I take a blended approach, which is results-focused.
Who do I work with?
I work with thoughtful, self-aware people who feel a bit stuck or off-track, whether that is personally, professionally, or both. not just in their careers. They might be questioning their direction, struggling with confidence, navigating change, or feeling torn between different parts of themselves and what they “should” be doing.
Often, they’re capable and reflective, but caught in overthinking or patterns that no longer serve them. They’re not looking for quick fixes or one-size-fits-all advice; they want space to think clearly, understand themselves more deeply, and make decisions that feel genuinely aligned across both their personal and professional lives.
My clients come from a wide range of backgrounds: from early-career professionals figuring out their next move, to people in their 30s and 40s reassessing what success really means, to those later in life navigating major transitions. Some are in corporate roles, others are freelancers, creatives, founders, or returning to work after time away.
I also work with people going through personal shifts, relationship changes, burnout, loss of confidence, or a growing sense that their current life no longer fits. What they tend to have in common isn’t a specific job or age, but a willingness to reflect, question, and do the deeper work needed to move forward.
Who Am I?
My background spans neuroscience (Oxford), law, global politics, diplomacy, and mental health. I have a strong interest in how power, identity, and emotion shape how we show up in the world.
I work with a small team of carefully chosen associates, all of whom bring emotional intelligence, depth, and real-world experience. Whether you work with me or someone on the team, you’ll get thoughtful challenge, care, and perspective. Never generic advice.
What Clients Gain:
- Clarity: About who you are, what matters to you, and what needs to change.
- Confidence: The grounded kind, rooted in self-trust rather than performance.
- Perspective: We help you step back from overwhelm, self-doubt, or people-pleasing so you can make clear, aligned decisions.
- Tools: For handling conflict, imposter syndrome, emotional blocks, and workplace dynamics.
- Momentum: Whether it's a hard conversation, a role you’re stepping into, or a pattern you’re breaking, we help you move forward.
- Sustainable Growth: Not just insight, but lasting transformation.
Who We Work With
Our clients are from all sorts of backgrounds, professionals at a crossroads, leaders, creatives, mums, dads, grandparents, retirees, and those just starting out. We believe coaching (when done correctly) can help everyone.
Many clients are navigating transitions, whether it's a new role, a shift in identity, or simply a desire for more meaning and self-trust. They may be looking for more balance or to understand more about themselves and how they might do things differently.
Some are burning out. Some are ready to stop shrinking to keep others comfortable. Others just know there’s more potential they haven’t tapped into.
We work best with people who are open, curious, and ready to do the work. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You need to want something better and be willing to show up for it.

Who We’re Not Right For:
- If I want your success more than you do
- If you're not willing to do work outside of sessions
- If you want industry-specific advice (we won’t get you a job in government!)
- If you're not open to challenge, vulnerability, or real change
- If you're looking for quick fixes or shortcuts (they don’t exist)
- If you’re not willing to invest in yourself
