About me

Every client I’ve coached has achieved results.

I've coached 200+ people over 800 hours. I have five star reviews from previous clients on Google and on Bark. I am happy to provide referrals too.

I focus on clarity, confidence & communication. See the video to learn a little more about why these are the focus for my sessions.

I have done about 700 hours of relevant training and I use my own personal experience, my background in international diplomacy, as well as my degrees and qualifications to work with my clients. I've also lived and worked all over the world - I bring all of this into sessions to ensure they're dynamic, relevant to you and impactful.

Results clients have achieved working with me:

  • understood how their ADHD impacts them
  • gained tools to help with emotional regulation
  • changed habitual behavioural patterns
  • identified their core beliefs and reframed them
  • felt calmer
  • have more resilience
  • improved relationships
  • changed careers
  • saved time and progressed quicker in their existing career
  • learnt how to network (leading to new career opportunities)
  • been promoted
  • received new job offers
  • started side businesses
  • gained new found confidence
  • set boundaries and identified needs
  • learnt to persuade effectively
  • built the trust of their team
  • stepped into leadership roles
  • lost weight
  • gained new found freedom and confidence after a breakup
  • learnt to process their emotions
  • put themselves out there for opportunities in ways they never envisioned possible
  • transformed how they see the world

Who are my clients?

When it's a coaching programme they're usually mid-senior professionals looking for clarity, confidence, they want to work on their mindset. Or they might want to enhance their negotiation and soft skills (emotional intelligence).

They're intelligent, ambitious and great people to work with. They're usually "high-achievers" that want to feel more fulfilled or those who feel they've got more potential than they're making the most of. I work a lot with imposter syndrome and perfectionism (having experienced both of these things myself).

When it's a mentoring programme my clients usually have less than seven years work experience. They passionate but potentially feel a bit stuck and need to make sense of their current situation. The tools I teach save them time in your career and progress quicker - more confidence, more money, more opportunity.

When it's for personal development that spans their work and personal life they're all ages, all backgrounds and all walks of life. The one thing they have in common is they want to take action.

What makes a good coach?

For me...someone who is qualified (credentials below), has life experience, ideally has reviews and who has done enough work on themselves to be able to reach the client where they're at.

I encourage authenticity, communicate clearly and really listen to my clients as every good coach should do! I care about my clients and helping them achieve the results they want.

Client reviews:

"Working with Bex was one of the best decisions I’ve made. She has been extremely supportive throughout this coaching process, and has pushed me to not just believe that more is possible but to go after it. In a few weeks, she has helped change my mindset & move forward with my goals. I would recommend her to anyone considering coaching." - Nola

"I honestly can't thank you enough for all the help you have given me. I know see myself differently thanks to our work together. This is transformative. Thank you". - Mary

"I initially had a session with Bex as a one-off ahead of an important meeting and subsequently decided to book a block as it was clear that I would get a huge amount from them. Bex’s approach has been a masterful combination of pragmatism, theoretical insight and emotional exploration which has helped me to understand and take ownership of my own behaviours. I gained something invaluable from every session and would definitely recommend Bex as a coach." - Emily

"Bex, thank you so much for all your help. I honestly don't think I'd have found a career without you. Our sessions have been so insightful, I can't believe there was so much I didn't know about myself" - James

"If you are looking for a coach, look no further. Bex is personable, deeply cares about helping and knows so much about the brain. Working with her was truly magic." - EN
