About me

I am a life coach and mentor with 25 years experience working with young people. Supporting them to make the transition from adolescent to adulthood.

My experience ranges from working in Youth settings both centre based and detached/outreach, schools, alternative provisions, prisons and other organisations.

Children work with me on their aims, values and beliefs so as to improve their decision making and resilience thus raising their confidence and self belief.

They learn how to recognise their strengths and raise awareness of their identity, morals and culture.
