About me

I'm passionate about empowering women and individuals who identify as neurodivergent. I enjoy working with individuals from diverse backgrounds with the main focus on helping you rebuild confidence and strive towards more positive futures. I will support you to discover your authentic self and feel empowered to become them.

Have you been having feelings of:

  • lacking in confidence
  • loss of identity
  • burnout
  • no motivation

Working with me could be the step that you need; I can help you achieve self-worth and confidence, feel happy and fulfilled at home, explore your potential, change lifestyles, and identify and achieve life ambitions.

If you've tried therapy before, but it wasn't for you, I can help you clear your mind and think about what you really want. I allow you the time to really think, about what's going on in your world and what you want to change - if anything.

I won’t tell you what to do (chances are you already know the answer) but what I will do is provide an objective and empowering environment. I passionately believe that clients must be given the power to help themselves.

I think it's important to work with people from diverse backgrounds and situations in order for my own personal development and this is something I have always done throughout my career; I believe it's the best way for continuous personal learning and growth.

Coaching for people who identify as neurodivergent can be highly beneficial. Through working collaboratively to understand better how the symptoms impact your daily life, to better understand your goals and to work towards being authentically you. It can also help to have a coach that 'gets' it.  I accept payments through Access to Work.

What happens in a session?

During the session, I will ask questions, such as what you want to achieve from working with me, what you want to change or achieve and where you see yourself in the future. With help from me, it’s often up to you to challenge or reflect upon certain ideas you have to help you move forward with your life. You will never be forced to make any decision you don’t feel comfortable with and all sessions will be confidential, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings privately in a safe space.

Coaching is as a partnership between you and me and I will encourage and support you to explore how to make positive changes in your life based on your aspirations.

Making changes and taking that leap of faith can be challenging and at times scary, which is why I offer a safe space in which you can explore your ideas, so that at the very least you can be confident in how you are feeling but at most, feel empowered to make that decision and make that change.

The main focus of my roles have always been to encourage individuals to be the best they can be and to have the confidence to be independent with their decisions and within their wider lives. I truly believe we all possess the tools we need in order to succeed, we sometimes just need that extra nudge to unlock them. I have worked with people in both the public and third sector including those with acquired brain injuries, alongside my degree in Psychology this gives me a good understanding of the brain and I utilise this in my coaching sessions.

I believe that as a coach it is important that we are continuously learning and growing, therefore I attend regular supervision.
