About me

I’m passionate about empowering people, specialising in working with the neurodivergent community and their family and loved ones, to understand who you are, to rebuild your confidence, and to move forward in a more manageable way that makes sense, to you.

If you’ve been having feelings of being stuck, lacking in confidence, loss of identity or confused about what to do or who you are then speaking with a coach could be the right choice for you.

Working with me could be the step you need; I can help you achieve self-worth and confidence, feel happy and fulfilled at home, explore your potential, change lifestyle, and identify and achieve life ambitions.

If you've tried therapy before, but it wasn't for you, I can help you clear your mind and think about what you want. I allow you the time to really think, about what's going on in your world and what you want to change - if anything.

I won’t tell you what to do (chances are you already know the answer) but what I will do is provide an objective and empowering environment. I passionately believe that clients must be given the power to help themselves.

I believe that it's important to work with people from diverse backgrounds and situations in order for my own personal development and this is something I have always done throughout my career; I believe it's the best way for continuous personal learning and growth.

Coaching for people who identify as neurodivergent can be highly beneficial. Through working collaboratively to understand better how your symptoms impact your daily life, to better understand your goals and to work towards being authentically you. It can also help to have a coach that 'gets' it.

I accept payments through Access to Work.

What happens in a session?

During the session, I will ask questions to better understand what it is that you want to get out of coaching, maybe there's something you want to change or where you see yourself in the future. Then, with help from me, we will challenge or reflect upon certain ideas you have or aspects of your life to help you move forward. You will never be forced to make any decision you don’t feel comfortable with and all sessions will be confidential, allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings privately in a safe space.

Coaching is a partnership between you and me and I will encourage and support you to explore how to make helpful changes in your life based on your aspirations.

Making changes and taking that leap of faith can be challenging and at times scary, which is why I offer a safe space in which you can explore your ideas, so that at the very least you can be confident in how you are feeling but at most, feel empowered to make that decision, make that change and live life authentically.

The main focus of my roles have always been to encourage individuals to be the best they can be and to have the confidence to be independent with their decisions and within their wider lives. I truly believe we all possess the tools we need in order to succeed, we sometimes just need that extra nudge to unlock them. I have worked with people in both the public and third sector including those with acquired brain injuries, alongside my degree in Psychology this gives me a good understanding of the brain and I utilise this in my coaching sessions.

I believe that as a coach it is important that we are continuously learning and growing, therefore I attend regular supervision.
