Executive Thinking Space (ETS) is a critical aspect of any leaders' responsibilities. Oftentimes lost in the noise of 'business as usual', forging time in your busy diary for specific ETS with me is where learning, strategising, and clear thinking find their most effective foundations.
I create and specialise in the ETS principle for my clients, coaching you in a safe, uncluttered and focussed place to do the kind of thinking that you consistently demonstrated on the way to your C-Suite position.
Executive Thinking Partner (ETP) is the close relation of ETS. Here we work together to focus on subject matters that are important and timely for you. I listen carefully; we test and challenge ideas; we work through scenarios, we test and challenge again. As your ETP, I create a safe space to allow you freedom to explore, to work on new ideas and constructs. There is no judgement in this space, only growth and learning.
Team Coaching and Business Strategy Sessions:
I work with business teams to effectively identify, name and tackle strategic decisions and actions that are important and timely to them. The purpose of the sessions is defined, the desired outcomes set, the measurement for progress and success are agreed and the timeframes confirmed. Examples of where I've successfully worked with Senior Leadership Teams include new sector penetration strategy, ESG opportunities, recruitment challenges, industry biases and prejudices (EDI), and positive culture creation and nurturing.
