As a fully qualified Life Coach, I have been helping clients since qualifying in 2017 to achieve their goals, whilst improving their general wellbeing. If you are feeling stuck, lacking confidence or struggling to find a work/life balance, then life coaching could be just right for you.
My role as your Life Coach is to support you in becoming the best possible version of yourself. I have a non-directive, client-led approach, meaning I support and facilitate you to connect with your own needs and create meaningful change. Combining Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and Positive Psychology, my programmes help individuals find clarity and meaning, and improve overall wellbeing and state of mind.

I use tools to support the work and delve deeper into what is holding you back from achieving your aspirations.

Career Coaching - If you are feeling unfulfilled in your job, looking to develop skills, change their career path, or discover what really motivates you. Even if you don't know what your purpose or passion is, coaching can help you dig deep into your inner motivation and uncover what is meaningful to you.
Outdoors Coaching - I have completed training in running sessions outdoors, using nature and the environment as a tool in the sessions. From the setting of the South Downs or the beach, connecting with the outdoors in the open air whilst walking can help to rediscover yourself whilst facilitating meaningful experience through nature.
Young People Coaching - I offer coaching sessions for younger people aged 13-20, due to my experience with helping this age group in a counselling and coaching background. Sessions for this age group are at a reduced rate.
Personal Development - Lacking confidence or struggling with low self esteem can be challenging. With my coaching sessions, you’ll learn about positive mindset, acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you.
Who could benefit from Life Coaching?
Anyone who has that feeling that they might be not living up to their potential, or are feeling directionless, could benefit. I have worked with clients on their career, personal, health, business, work/life balance, confidence and self esteem, relationships and life stage transitions. I also have experience with young people coaching.

Combining Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness, my services help individuals find clarity and confidence to transform in their work, relationships and lives.
Due to my training as a therapist, my approach draws on my skill set as a therapist, however it is very different to coaching and I keep the two separate. I am a warm and empathic person, passionate about helping the wellbeing of others to become the best versions of themselves.
I believe people hold the answers to their questions, it is my role to help you find them.
