Who could benefit from Life Coaching?

Anyone who has that feeling that they might be not living up to their potential, or has a life decision they are struggling with, or not sure where they are headed in life, could benefit. I’ve worked with clients on their career, personal, health, business goals, work/life balance, confidence and self esteem, relationships and life stage transitions. I also have experience with youth coaching.

My Life Coaching approach: The Transformation(al) Approach

My coaching is versatile, as every person is unique and therefore I adapt my approach in order to unlock their full potential. Whether it is to help you overcome personal challenges, allow you to achieve your individual life goals, or become aware of blocks, I will be there to support you as a team. Contact me to start your proactive journey today.

I’ve studied Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Positive Psychology. I use these as my foundation of my coaching and apply my theory in practice with tools specifically suited to each of my clients. I encourage future mindedness and help my clients to set realistic goals to support them to flourish.

Due to my training as a Therapeutic Counsellor, my approach draws on my skill set as a therapist, however it is very distinctly different and I keep the two separate. I am a warm and empathic person, passionate about helping the well being of others to become the best versions of themselves.

I believe people hold the answers to their questions, it is my role to help you find them.

"Every time now that my life seems to be heading for chaos, I think back to how the calm and collected way Sophie was with me! In the sessions, she would manage to help me by guiding my thoughts, enabling me to explore my thoughts. Together, we set out simple plans of action. Problem solving through using various techniques.
With a life coach, I am free to think, setting aside time, making a plan of achievable goals and gaining confidence through follow up. It's then a changed mentality! I am learning! I am allowing myself to time to plan, then practice. It's not all about perfection, but keeping going. Life is for living! Live it well and enjoy! Thank you Sophie!"

"Sophie was very patient and empathic and let the sessions evolve organically in a comfortable environment. I would recommend Sophie's life coaching services to friends, family and colleagues."

"Sophie is a consummate professional, easy to speak with and very good at what she does. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her."

"The course of sessions provided flexibility to explore different aspects of my life and how I could start taking steps towards the changes I wanted to see. It reminded me that I have the tools available but it was a matter of knowing how and when to use and apply them with confidence. One of the key parts of the process was being able to reflect on aspects of my life, which meant I was able to become a bit more objective and rationalise any fears or insecurities."
