My life coaching aims to help empower you to set, maintain and exceed personal and professional goals. Coaching focuses on the here-and-now and the future. My life coaching is goal orientated however I tailor my approach as each client is individually different.
What could I gain from sessions with a life coach?
The thing I enjoy most about being a life coach is seeing the positives that come out of it for my clients. I have studied Positive Psychology and its main focus is on Flourishing. I try to encourage self awareness and self belief in all my clients and promote positive and realistic change. Each client learns or gains something different.
Who could benefit from life coaching?
Anyone who has that feeling that they might be not living up to their potential, or has a life decision they are struggling with, or not sure where they are headed in life next, could benefit. I’ve worked with clients on their career, personal, health, business goals, work/life balance, relationships and life stage transitions
What is your life coaching approach?
My coaching helps clients find meaning and purpose, which provides clarity and intrinsic motivation to strive towards their life goals. I’ve studied Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Positive Psychology. I use these as my foundation of my coaching and apply my theory in practice with tools specifically suited to each of my clients. I’ve also studied Philosophical foundations of life coaching, one of which is Existentialism, which is about the meaningfulness of your life. I encourage future mindedness and help my clients to set realistic goals to help them flourish.
Due to my training in counselling, my approach draws on my skill set as a therapist however it is very distinctly different and I keep the two separate. I am a warm and empathic person, passionate about helping the well being of others to become the best versions of themselves.
I believe people hold the answers to their questions, it is my role to help you find them.

Areas of coaching I deal with
An initial session via telephone/video with me is free so you can find out what to expect from my coaching and ask any questions you have. During this time we will discuss your needs, how coaching could benefit you and how we can best work together.
Life Coaching sessions are for one hour currently only via video or phone due to the current limitations of social distancing.
Due to the current circumstances, I have a sliding scale for fees, so can be discussed via our initial session.
