About me

As a fully qualified Life Coach, I have been helping clients in the London and South East area set and achieve their goals, whilst improving their general wellbeing. If you are feeling stuck, lacking confidence or struggling due to challenges posed by the pandemic, then life coaching could be just right for you.

My role as your Life Coach is to support you in becoming the best possible version of yourself. My services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation, whilst giving you the tools to tackle the emotional challenges of everyday life. I have a non-directive, client-led coaching approach, which means that I support and facilitate you to identify your own answers. Combining Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, positive psychology and mindfulness, my programmes help individuals find clarity and confidence to fully show up in their work, relationships and lives

What could I gain from sessions with you as my Life Coach?

I encourage self awareness and self belief in all my clients and promote positive and realistic change to achieve your goals through cultivating and applying your unique strengths and skills. I use tools to support the work and delve deeper into what is holding you back from achieving your aspirations.

Here are a few of the services I offer:

Career Coaching Sessions - For those unfulfilled by their current work, looking to develop skills, change their career path, or discover what really motivates them.

Quarter-Life Coaching - For young professionals struggling with low-self esteem and anxiety over the direction of their life. As your coach, I will help navigate the overwhelm, build confidence and help create fulfilment.

Personal Development Sessions - Lacking confidence or struggling with low self esteem can be challenging. With my coaching sessions, you’ll learn about positive mindset, acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you.

Who could benefit from Life Coaching?

Anyone who has that feeling that they might be not living up to their potential, or are feeling directionless, could benefit. I have worked with clients on their career, personal, health, business, work/life balance, confidence and self esteem, relationships and life stage transitions. I also have experience with young people coaching.

My Life Coaching approach: The Transformation(al) Approach

Combining Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness, my services help individuals find clarity and confidence to transform in their work, relationships and lives.

Due to my training as a therapist, my approach draws on my skill set as a therapist, however it is very different to coaching and I keep the two separate. I am a warm and empathic person, passionate about helping the wellbeing of others to become the best versions of themselves.

I believe people hold the answers to their questions, it is my role to help you find them.

My coaching is versatile, as everyone is unique and therefore I adapt my approach in order to unlock their full potential. Contact me to start your proactive journey today.

Testimonials

"Sophie was very patient and empathic and let the sessions evolve organically in a comfortable environment. I would recommend Sophie's life coaching services to friends, family and colleagues."

"Sophie is a consummate professional, easy to speak with and very good at what she does. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her."

"The course of sessions provided flexibility to explore different aspects of my life and how I could start taking steps towards the changes I wanted to see. It reminded me that I have the tools available but it was a matter of knowing how and when to use and apply them with confidence. One of the key parts of the process was being able to reflect on aspects of my life, which meant I was able to become a bit more objective and rationalise any fears or insecurities."

"Every time now that my life seems to be heading for chaos, I think back to how the calm and collected way Sophie was with me! In the sessions, she would manage to help me by guiding my thoughts, enabling me to explore my thoughts. Together, we set out simple plans of action. Problem solving through using various techniques.
With a life coach, I am free to think, setting aside time, making a plan of achievable goals and gaining confidence through follow up. It's then a changed mentality! Thank you Sophie!"
