Seeking to extend a helping hand, I am a genuine, sincere, and empathetic individual committed to aiding you in navigating, comprehending, and mastering your emotions. My services encompass hypnotherapy for weight management, smoking cessation, boosting confidence and self-esteem, and overcoming detrimental habits, alongside addressing ADHD symptoms.

As someone who has grappled with ADHD throughout my life, I intimately understand its challenges and complexities. My therapeutic approach is customized, drawing from a blend of counseling, coaching, NLP, and hypnotherapy techniques. I firmly believe in delving into every aspect of your being to craft a tailored program specifically suited to your needs, fostering the highest probability of success. Whether you opt for one-off sessions or choose ongoing support, each program is meticulously designed to offer you a unique pathway toward achievement.

We find ourselves in a current climate that is challening everyone with affordability and experiencing a very financial testing time, hence my fees are reduced

£40 per hour - one off session 

Programmes 6 sessions (tailored) price to be arranged

College Students and those on benefits, £25 per hour

I have pretty much suffered ADHD all my life but was much unbeknown to me so many years ago before this was ever spoken of.

Its so refreshing to speak to likeminded people, its so much easier to relate to.

I am well learned on domestic violence and substance abuse and can offer "real life" studies and show you just how liberating it can be to be free of what was impacting your life.

I understand that some of us dont like to share our vulnerability face to face or over zoom, so I offer  monthly email exchanges where I can support you, you can reach out to me whenever you need answers or clarity on something. 12 emails per month at £40.
