The map of life - what does yours say about you?

How to make the map of your life...


Take some time to make notes on experiences in your life that you feel have had a good impact and a bad impact, write them down, the month and year (if known) if not, don’t worry, just get them down on paper and together, let's explore them and how that may have impacted you.

As an example – your new baby brother or sister was born or something happened that has left you with a fear of spiders and so on! Write a list of at least 10 things that had a big impact on you.

The journey so far

How has the past shaped your future, how did you arrive at who you are today? What experiences either good, bad, happy, sad, memorable or otherwise brought you to who you are today?

What challenges did you overcome, how did you overcome them, did they make you stronger or weaker, introverted or extroverted, shy or confident?

So much of who we are today has been shaped by our past.

What road have you walked, what path have you taken, what was your journey like, what has it taught you?

These are all questions to ask yourself to gain clarity around who you are today, what consumes you, what defines you and what you want to get rid of from your past. Close that door and open a new one!

To enable you to move forward, we must let go of certain things that have not served us well, rise up above any wrongdoings or bad experiences and embrace the future and its opportunities – let's take a path to one of fulfilment, contentment, happiness and joy. 

Let's get to that “ah-ha” moment when you feel at peace with yourself and are able to put any negativity behind you.

Suppression keeps us stuck, succession awaits us.

Look forward to the future. Update your state, and let your energy flow. Because when you do the world will see a “whole new you”. That whole new you brings so much more to your life. It’s a well-known fact that being in flow with life brings greatness to you.

Now you have found yourself, be excited for all those new opportunities that you are now open to receiving. 

Are you ready for the next chapter? The choices are yours and yours alone. say “no” to what doesn’t serve you and “yes” to what does.

Because now is your time.

Don’t waste another moment, time goes fast and before we know it, we find ourselves with a lot of “what ifs?”

It is all there before us, we just have to go and find it!
