My coaching style for ADHD

Unlock Your Potential with ADHD Mastery Coaching!

As someone who navigates the challenges of ADHD firsthand, I intimately understand the unique hurdles we face. That's precisely why my approach to ADHD Coaching is tailored to empower individuals like us. I've seamlessly blended coaching with carefully curated course content, recognizing it as the optimal method for our neurodiverse brains.

A coaching session intertwined with engaging course material, designed to cater specifically to the ebb and flow of our hyper focused minds. I get the excitement we feel, but I also understand how quickly it can wane. Let's face it, a coaching session might not be the highlight of your day. However, by combining it with Course Content, you gain the flexibility to progress at your own pace. No more feeling overwhelmed or missing out on your full potential due to momentary inattentiveness.

passion fuels action. If we're not excited about what we're doing, chances are it won't get done. That's where my ADHD-friendly approach steps in. I've crafted my coaching and courses based on what I know works best for ADHD. No rigid structures, just tailored strategies that recognize the uniqueness of everyone.

We share similar traits, but our ADHD experiences are as diverse as we are. It's not a 'one size fits all' scenario. Join me on this transformative journey where coaching meets curated content, unlocking your unique potential with an approach that understands, adapts, and celebrates the diverse strengths of ADHD. Let's make progress, together!"

Having lived a rich, diverse, and intriguing life, I can resonate with many of the issues my clients may encounter. I firmly believe in the uniqueness of every individual, regardless of their aspirations or identities. Embracing difference and diversity, I create an environment where you will always feel comfortable, secure, and free to explore your thoughts and emotions openly.

I have extensive experience in startup businesses and guiding individuals toward successful careers that propel them forward in life. With a track record of launching three businesses from the ground up, I possess a deep understanding of the potential pitfalls to navigate. I am the co-founder of, I started Crimson Rose Florist without a single day's knowledge and went from £30 a day to a six figure business. I also own a small on-line floral business - all started without the relevant knowledge. I am a great believer in reaching great heights in the career side of life.

My mission is to walk alongside you on your personal journey, providing guidance and support as you navigate through life's challenges. Together, we will work towards unlocking your full potential, fostering growth, and empowering you to lead a fulfilling and authentic life.
