About me


About me -

My name is Nick Banfield and I am a Wellbeing Coach, based in Falmouth, Cornwall, UK.

My Service to you:

Using a combination of Positive Psychology techniques and coaching models, to best suit your needs, I aim to help you become the best possible you through challenging self-imposed boundaries and developing pathways and willpower to achieving your goals.

I offer:

- One-to-one coaching to help you become the best possible you through challenging self-imposed boundaries and developing pathways and willpower to achieving your goals.
- Mindfulness meditation to gain more control over your thoughts and emotions and to reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
- Grow your confidence whilst experiencing the magic of the sea through you surfing, stand-up-paddle boarding or just swimming in the sea.

My qualifications include an MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, an NLP Diploma, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and I am a member of the International Coaching Federation, working within the ICF ethical framework. I have participated in a variety of sports throughout my life and competed in the South African surfing championships.

Way of working -
I offer a free initial discussion to see how I can help you improve your wellbeing, followed by four coaching sessions for sustained wellbeing.

I can meet with you face-to-face or arrange a telephone/ Skype meeting. A suitable venue can be arranged should you have mobility needs. I am available to meet within or outside of normal working hours.

  • Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGCE)

  • 40 years experience in teaching, training, developing and coaching individuals and groups.

Fees

Free initial consultation to assess how I can best serve you. Fees tailored to your needs, that is, for a once-off coaching session or on a more long-term basis. Normal charge is £50 per hr.
