About me
Setting and achieving goals is a unique human ability and possibly the most satisfying thing we can do. It is a reminder that we can make a difference, be that through building relationships, doing something for our communities and families, developing skills, progressing our careers or improving our health and fitness. There are many ways we can create positive change but it doesn't always feel so easy to get started.
As a Coach, I apply the knowledge and tools of psychology and philosophy to support people on this journey, by helping them to identify and overcome hidden barriers, apply structure, create mindset shifts and cultivate inspiration and self-belief.
Some key aspects of my Coaching process are:
- Discovering your why - the thing that will give you the greatest sense of purpose and passion to achieve your goals.
- Utilising evidence-based coaching tools to minimise obstacles and maximise support.
- Creating strategies, structure and timelines to generate results.
- Working on mindset by collecting data to understand what stops you and what helps you take action.
Who am I:
I am passionate about Psychology and Behaviour Change, this started with my personal experience of transformational coaching which profoundly and positively changed how I experience and operate in areas like relationships, career, self-confidence, Health and neurodivergence (Dyslexia & Dyspraxia).
I then went on to professional training and experience, studying both Coaching and Counselling Psychology and working as a Coach for 5 years and Counsellor for 2 years within National Health Services and privately.
I have worked with a wide range of clients in achieving their goals and creating lasting positive change in areas such as:
