About me

Helping you with the strategies, mindset and confidence to achieve success in life, leadership and business.

With extensive experience in coaching, training, and speaking, I empower individuals to become confident leaders and successful entrepreneurs.

One of my favourite quotes is from Marshall Goldsmith - 'What got you here won't get you there'

You have already achieved so much.  You know that you need to learn new tools and strategies to achieve your next level of success and remove the mindset blocks that will help you unlock your confidence.

You know you need to challenge yourself and be challenged, to make the changes.

That’s why you’re here.

Employment >> Self-Employment

Coming out of employment and creating your own business is a significant step in life.  Strategy, mindset and confidence are all keys to creating and building a successful business.

I have been running my business since 2017 when I was made redundant from the police service.  I have successfully transferred my skills, knowledge and experience, and created a successful, profitable business that allows me to be authentic, stay true to my values and gives me the freedom to travel regularly.

I have worked with many clients to support their transition out of employment into running their businesses.  My own experience means that I am well-placed to help support you on your journey, especially if you are navigating the challenges of leaving the public sector.

Further information

I am a parent of a 22-year-old and have worked through the challenges of being a working, single parent.  The juggling of priorities, time management and the common parenting challenges of raising a happy and fulfilled young person.

For 2 years, I was a competitive strongwoman, and find that sports psychology and mindset is one that often transfers into day to day life.

My aim is to make coaching inclusive, and accessible to as many people as possible. I am therefore flexible in my approach and welcome any suggestions that may help make coaching work for you.
