About me

Hello and welcome to my profile

I enjoy working with individuals and commercial clients to clearly focus and attain their goals and to manage and assist change in an agile environment via (CBT) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and (NLP) Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

How can I help you?

My CBT and NLP-based coaching sessions will help you fully understand the barriers you are facing and develop new, more constructive strategies for coping with life’s challenges whether they are emotional or situational.

Hi Richard, I just wanted to express my thanks, M did excellent with his exams results today truly excellent and is heading off to University this September. He valued the work you did with him, you skillfully navigated him through an incredible dark time in his life when he battled with depression and anxiety. He still refers to the work you did with him and I feel he will continue to build on the skills he developed with you, I would recommend you to other parents out there whose teenager is struggling the way M did. So I just wanted to acknowledge you and say thank you you helped save my boy and now he is about to start a new adventure.

J. P.s I am happy for you to use this as a testimonial.

Hi Richard. Just wanted to let you know that my week off was well needed and was filled with lots of positive things. I met up with many people and enjoyed. I want to thank you for the help and support you have giving me and also the tools to keep moving forward. I have had several people in the last few weeks say they have seen a massive difference in me and a big part of that is your help. I know the will be ups and downs, but I know I’ll be well equipped to deal with the bumps in the road. I feel a lot more confident in myself and feel that moving forward will be a more all-round positive way of life. Thanks again for pushing me.

I highly recommend Richard of Headspace Coaching. After just 2 sessions I was felt calmer, less stressed and ready to cope with my busy lifestyle. I was dubious about cbt now I just wish I’d started sooner! So professional & I felt at ease and comfortable straight away.

Never thought I’d be seeking help in my life but so pleased I did.
