Hi Richard. Just wanted to let you know that my week off was well needed and was filled with lots of positive things. I met up with many people and enjoyed. I want to thank you for the help and support you have giving me and also the tools to keep moving forward. I have had several people in the last few weeks say they have seen a massive difference in me and a big part of that is your help. I know the will be ups and downs, but I know I’ll be well equipped to deal with the bumps in the road. I feel a lot more confident in myself and feel that moving forward will be a more all-round positive way of life. Thanks again for pushing me.

I highly recommend Richard of headspace coaching. After just 2 sessions I was felt calmer, less stressed and ready to cope with my busy lifestyle. I was dubious about cbt now I just wish I’d started sooner! So professional & I felt at ease and comfortable straight away.
Where to start I went thinking I was just finding work and life balance hard.
3 sessions in and we are working on 2 areas my anxiety and career and I can really see the difference in me and so can others. I really am beginning to enjoy life again.
Never thought I’d be seeking help in my life but so pleased I did.
I was recommended to Richard via a colleague at work to help me focus on some specific Goals.I can not thank them enough i was feeling frustrated and unfocussed when i first went to richard im now focused working on a plan to achieve my goals and my Life is improving thank you.
