We'll use this 30 mins for you to tell me exactly what you want.
What makes your pupils dilate and your mouth drop and the awe in your blood rush quicker? What does your heart desire? What are you longing for? How do you want to feel?
Tell me all of those things. Your worries, your fears, your regrets, your hopes. We'll air them all out so they're in the open rather than your belly and you'll be feeling lighter and springy before the whistle blows. Then we'll get to business in strategising exactly how we actualise your dream.

I am a strategic intervention life coach trained in the academy founded by Tony Robbins, author, meditation instructor and motivational speaker.
I have a 121 and couples clinic, and present regularly at Festivals across the UK including Wellnergy, The Big Retreat, Lovetrails, Buddhafields and Verve. I run wellbeing events and staff training programs for Claridge’s, Soho House, The Corinthia, The NHS, ITV, Sweaty Betty, The Ned, Birch Members Club, Imperial College London, ESPA Life, KPMG and many more highly acclaimed organisations worldwide.
And, I'm happy and honoured to tell you my clients have achieved tremendous success in both their personal and professional lives, breaking through their own industries to work with the likes of Gucci, Royalty in the Middle East, The Brits, London Grammar, found lasting love, become married, achieved deeper intimacy with existing partners, purchased dream homes, and developed exemplary emotional and mental resilience.
My methodology is practical, mediative, involves work outside the sessions (adjusted to your schedule) and requires a commitment from you at the outset. My clients come in 100% ready to listen, grow, and do the work, which is why they get the results they want.
We meet together fortnightly via zoom over 10 sessions, and I'm available to you between sessions via email and whatsapp, as often as you like. The sessions are structured around a tailored plan I write to get you where you want to be, within the designated coaching period. If you achieve your goal before the end of the 10 sessions, we pick another one and start work on that.
