About me
Hello! I am passionate about helping adults and young people to be the best they can be in their personal and professional life whilst remaining true to themselves.
Destinations Coaching is not a large training company employing contract trainers. I deliver high-quality, customised coaching programmes, and every programme is developed and conducted by me.
My services include ADHD coaching, confidence coaching, lifestyle coaching, relationship coaching, Ikigai coaching, career coaching, and business coaching - all impacting your personal development and growth.
Anyone can call themselves a coach as we are unfortunately practising in an unregulated industry. As an ICF accredited coach holding a diploma in integrative coaching, I adhere to the values and ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies model which places paramount emphasis on ethical behaviour and confidentiality. The ICF is the gold standard in coaching and by choosing an ICF coach, clients can be assured that their coach has the knowledge, skills and official training to ensure that they can help them achieve their goals and enjoy success.
I can also provide coaching for access to work grant applications.
My personal and professional experiences have fuelled my passion for helping individuals and teams discover clarity, direction, and purpose enabling them to uncover unique strengths and unveil the path that aligns with their values and pleasures. Prior to starting Destinations Coaching I had over 2 decades experience in people management, coaching leaders, inspiring teams with a vision and driving departments through change whilst bringing up two amazing children.
I am privileged to deliver professional coaching services to individuals, groups and teams who have a desire to optimise their self - development opening the doors to a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
I believe everyone has the ability they need to succeed and achieve everything they want. You are the expert on you, and I offer you my expertise so we can collaboratively work on drawing out those abilities that will add value to you. I will help remove the things that are preventing you from accessing your own internal resources and get you where you want to be.
When I'm not coaching you might find me walking in the Lake District or enjoying a BBQ in the garden with friends and family.

The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

Examples of coaching programme costs are shown below but we will discuss a bespoke programme that works for you.
1. 6 months unlimited coaching sessions
This option is based on a one-off fee of £1200 and covers all the sessions you wish to have (maximum 1 per week) over the next 6 months. Each session would last around 60 minutes and can be pre-booked as a block in advance – e.g. Every Tuesday at 11 am or we can book in the sessions ad hoc as and when they fit in with your other commitments.
2. Pay as you go coaching
This option is available at £90 per session and would suit someone who is unsure about time commitments going forward or if they just wanted one session occasionally. Sessions would be a maximum of 120 minutes.
3. Block of 8 sessions
This option is available at £500 and each session would last around 60 minutes and can be pre-booked as a block in advance – e.g. Every Tuesday at 11 am or we can book in the sessions ad hoc as and when they fit in with your other commitments.
