About me
Hello. What brings you here? I offer career coaching, business coaching, coaching for educators and lifestyle coaching. I'm a professional coach and I bring over twenty years of coaching, mentoring and training experience to my sessions with you. Above all, I can enhance your confidence and reduce stress and anxiety.
Prior to becoming a coach, I lectured at two universities in the UK and worked as a journalist. Being interested in people is second nature to me and I bring empathy and curiosity to my sessions with clients. I will support, challenge and empower you to achieve the change you want to see. Coaching is confidential and non-judgemental so you can freely discuss your thoughts, dreams, plans and concerns.

In addition to my coaching career I have nearly two decades of experience of working with people as a lecturer and teacher trainer. My key skills are creating an atmosphere of trust where clients can safely share and be their authentic selves. I do not judge, I do not criticise, I do not force an agenda onto you. I am with you to listen to your deepest thoughts, to encourage you to share more and to ask you questions that will enable you to work out what exactly it is that you really want to do and how you want your life to be.
I am an Accredited Associate Coach with the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and I abide by their ethical code. I specialise in supporting academic staff. I can assist you with developing resilience and finding creative solutions to increasing demands on your time and expertise. I can also help with bouncing back from burnout and redundancy.
I am also knowledgeable in the areas of introversion and HSP (Highly Sensitive People). I enjoy working with all my clients, and I can offer inspiration and confidence to creative individuals who are interested in bringing a project to fruition.

Fees
£80.00 per session
Free initial telephone or online session
Additional information
I offer a discovery telephone call or Zoom call lasting 30 minutes (please see booking form at the top of my profile page) where we will see how well we can work together. You will not be charged for this call and there is no obligation at all to follow through.
My fee is £80 for an hour long Zoom or telephone session when we have agreed to coach together. I also offer a course of six sessions for £450. I am happy to offer individual and occasional sessions. For anyone who is currently unwaged, my fee per hour is £35, and for educators, charity workers and those working in the Arts, it is £40.
When I work
Weekdays 9 to 6, and Saturday mornings. For in house Executive coaching, I can offer short, flexible, intensive programmes. Fees for in house programmes vary.

I welcome clients who have strong goals but who also have natural doubts and fears. I am happy to support you through these as we work towards achieving your goals. All my clients so far have achieved the goal they came with and have added more goals during the time we have worked together. I want you to know that I won't be pushing you. It's your goal, your life, and your pace and direction. I will empower you to move towards your goal in the way that works for you.
