About me
I’ve been coaching and mentoring for almost 20 years and I would say a combination of building self-awareness, growing confidence, anxiety, pre-burnout, overwhelm, challenges at work, more general career coaching, changing roles (be that by choice or not), relationship challenges (at home or at work) form the basis of so much of the work that I do. Change is at the heart of almost all my work – the desire for something to be different.
My client base spans leaders of Times Top 100 companies and leaders through to secondary school students. I am passionate about working with women and helping them rediscover – or find – their voice and to raise it. I see clients regularly from industries including hospitality, teaching and learning, professional services, healthcare, law, social media and communications backgrounds.
I love people, am curious, positive, forthright, and passionate and believe I can inspire, energise and work alongside my clients through a combination of fearless challenge and empathic support. I have ADHD and understand only too well the challenges (and the gifts) it brings and how to make it work for you rather than against you. I have coached clients via the Government's Access to Work scheme.
Chemistry matters in a coaching relationship - like any relationship. I offer a free half-hour chat to talk through what you need and see how I might be able to help. I have a large network and if I can’t help I’ll likely know someone better suited. I am flexible on time and don't suggest a series of sessions - sometimes one is enough! If you prefer a different time to one you see here for a discovery call just let me know and I'll do all I can to fit with you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am an EIA EMCC Accredited Senior Practitioner and have been coaching for 20 years. I cut my teeth at PwC Consulting and IBM. As well as my own private practice, I also work part-time for Better Up (a global coaching organisation) and have worked in the past for 7 years for Untapped AI (a global tech coaching organisation).
I have a full DBS.
I am also a qualified PQ (Positive Intelligence) coach certified by Shirzad Chamine's PQ global coaching programme.
