About us

In this new world of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are facing unique daily challenges and situations that are stretching our resilience and well-being to the limit. Whether we are social distancing, self-isolating, concerned for our vulnerable relatives, our jobs or business, or we are feeling the loneliness that goes with being home most of the day, there are simple practices that we can all do to stay safe and well mentally and physically. Many of us are experiencing trauma at this time.  Please do not judge yourself for lack of productivity or procrastination.  This is a time that really needs you to offer yourself compassion and kindness. Coaching will help you handle this time of uncertainty and ambiguity and stay calm and focused so you can come out the other side feeling well and whole.

I am a Holistic Life Coach using  Neuroscience, 3 Principles & NLP techniques with 17 years experience based near Reading in Berkshire. I have had the pleasure of working with many different people helping them to progress in their lives.
Life coaching provides support, focus and clarity. People have found that regular one-to-one coaching is an effective way of realising their full potential. You can be everything you want and achieve your goals, because you are an amazing person and this is the first step of your dream becoming reality.

I will help you grow in confidence and self-awareness, enhance your leadership ability, and continue your personal development so that you will achieve your goals and turn your dreams into reality.

I will help you become aware of your thoughts and how they may impact on your life today. We can always choose another way of thinking and therefore choose another reality. Our patterns of behaviour in adulthood are created in childhood.  They become our survival code.  We can change these to be more empowering and positive.

What if you had the power to decide exactly how you feel?

What if you had a reset button, and your default was a  calm, happy, more productive  you?

Coaching works so beautifully because it gives someone the opportunity to talk. Talk as they have never talked before without being interrupted, criticised or laughed at. This is the most powerful experience. Many clients have said that this along with the questions I have asked has changed their outlook and ultimately their life.

You may choose to have better work life balance, increase your energy and wel-lbeing, eliminate stress, change career or reinvigorate your social activities; whatever you choose I can help you. Face to face, telephone or online via Google hangouts.
