About me

Giving you the opportunity to pause, think and reflect you will fulfil your goals and grab the future with new energy.

Looking at tomorrow and gaining a clearer understanding of today, you will take ownership of your situation and strive to succeed.

“Control your own destiny or somebody else will” - Jack Welch

How I work
My coaching style is warm, versatile, person centred and adapted to suit the needs and requirements of the person being coached. It is a partnership of equals where I will facilitate your thoughts, encourage, champion and support you.

Working with me is non-judgmental, open and safe.

I will also (with permission) sometimes politely and professionally challenge and push you so that you get the desired results and the positive change you want to see.

No matter what your situation is, I guarantee that you will feel appreciated and supported as we create a dynamic and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts.

We will then move forward at your pace so that you can own the identified changes and finally live that more fulfilled and purposeful life.

I welcome people from all backgrounds and pride myself that many of my clients identify as being neurodiverse with conditions such as dyslexia, autism, dyspraxia and ADHD. I receive regular training in this field from the charity ‘Exceptional Individuals’ and also the organisation ‘Genius Within CIC’ whom I also work with.

To those that are interested, I have also been trained in mental health awareness from Mental Health First Aid England.

Are you still unsure whether coaching with me is right for you?
Please book a complimentary and no obligation 30 minute taster session with me which will provide you with the opportunity to find out if my coaching is right for you and for you to also find out more about me too.

Additional information

To achieve sustainable and tangible change, I typically work with people for a minimum of 6 sessions. However depending on your needs and circumstances, I sometimes offer fewer sessions.

Sessions are typically 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes in length. However, I also offer 45 minute sessions depending on your budget and time constraints.

Prices vary depending on the number of sessions. Please ask on enquiry.

I am based in Glasgow (and sometimes Milton Keynes), but operate across the British Isles and beyond where my coaching is available remotely or in person (or a combination of both).

I am completely flexible to be able to work in and out of traditional work hours and also across different time zones.

Remote coaching is becoming increasingly popular and allows my clients to be comfortable in a place of their choosing.

I very much look forward to hearing from you.

Take Care,

Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday

I am typically available from Monday to Friday (days and evening) but will also happily accommodate clients at weekends too if that is the best option.

Further information

Please see below for some of my recent client feedback;

**Robin has been a kind, thoughtful and encouraging coach. Balancing objectivity with the needs of his clients is a real strength and has benefitted me greatly. In moments of difficulty and frustration, Robin has encouraged me to look beyond my own perspective and consider other POVs and take a look at the bigger picture. Robin is a person-centred coach and has been flexible in his approach for which I am very grateful** AS, Teacher (Manchester)

**Robin made my first coaching experience easy and straightforward. Thanks for supporting, listening, encouraging and challenging me. It was exactly what I needed and have now set strong foundations for moving forward. You’ve really helped me through a difficult business period, thanks again. Can’t recommend Robin highly enough!** SB, Senior Business Manager (Glasgow)

**Robin was very professional in his approach and would always promptly follow up sessions with a summary. He was always interested in what you had to say and would go away and research things for you to look at.** AJ, Support Worker (Birmingham)

**Having never worked with a life coach before I was not sure what to expect. However, from the very beginning Robin made it a very relaxing and safe place to explore what's on your mind. He asks the questions that point you in the right direction in finding your own answers. This is certainly a gift. Sometimes it's just a case of being asked those questions that make things a lot clearer. I really enjoyed my experience working with Robin and would certainly recommend him** SW, Teacher (Valencia, Spain)

**Coaching with Robin was a real treat! It is rare to find someone as engaging and personable. Make no mistake: Robin is a talented coach with skills that I doubt they teach when studying to be a coach (but if that is the case, he makes it look effortless). I always felt like I was in good hands working with Robin, who is genuinely one of the nicest people I have met** SH, Business Owner (London)

**Robin was very caring and helpful. He helped me get new insights into my plans for the future. Very good follow up emails. Thank you** EG, Business Owner (Cambridge)
