About me

Working with busy people from all backgrounds and ages, my coaching style is warm and flexible and adapted to suit you and your circumstances.

No matter what your situation or challenge is, or what job you might or might not do, with my coaching, you will feel listened to and supported. You will then gain confidence, belief, move forward, and succeed.

When working with me, I generally meet my clients every 2 to 3 weeks and work with them across a time range of between 3 to 12 months.

Many of my clients identify as neurodivergent with conditions such as ADHD, ASD, dyslexia, and dyspraxia, where my uncomplicated approach is often well received. Many clients also have Access To Work (ATW) grants.

I have global coaching accreditation with the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC) and continually invest in my training and development in all aspects of coaching and the many different areas of neurodiversity.

Additionally, I have a degree in science and management, a diploma in transformational coaching, and as a member of the EMCC, I abide by the global coaching code of ethics.

I am completely flexible to be able to work in and out of traditional work hours and across different time zones, with some of my recent clients being based in Europe, America, and South Africa.

Please see below for some of my client reviews;

**Robin has been a kind, thoughtful and encouraging coach. Balancing objectivity with the needs of his clients is a real strength and has benefitted me greatly. In moments of difficulty and frustration, Robin has encouraged me to look beyond my own perspective and consider other POVs and take a look at the bigger picture. Robin is a person-centred coach and has been flexible in his approach for which I am very grateful.  AH, Liverpool

**Robin made my first coaching experience easy and straightforward. Thanks for supporting, listening, encouraging and challenging me. It was exactly what I needed and have now set strong foundations for moving forward. You’ve really helped me through a difficult business period, thanks again. Can’t recommend Robin highly enough! BS, Edinburgh

**Robin was very professional in his approach and would always promptly follow up sessions with a summary. He was always interested in what you had to say and would go away and research things for you to look at. JA, Nottingham

**Having never worked with a life coach before I was not sure what to expect. However, from the very beginning Robin made it a very relaxing and safe place to explore what's on your mind. He asks the questions that point you in the right direction in finding your own answers. This is certainly a gift. Sometimes it's just a case of being asked those questions that make things a lot clearer. I really enjoyed my experience working with Robin and would certainly recommend him. WS, London

**Coaching with Robin was a real treat! It is rare to find someone as engaging and personable. Make no mistake: Robin is a talented coach with skills that I doubt they teach when studying to be a coach (but if that is the case, he makes it look effortless). I always felt like I was in good hands working with Robin, who is genuinely one of the nicest people I have met. ER, Manchester

**Robin was very caring and helpful. He helped me get new insights into my plans for the future. Very good follow up emails. Thank you EG, Oxford

**The coaching sessions with Robin have helped me to develop a more mindful approach to both my personal and professional life, and has allowed me to strike a better balance. This has not only improved my own work but has also helped me engage better with colleagues at all levels too. HK, Carlisle

**Through the coaching, Robin provided the time and space for me to think through issues and then supported and equipped me with the confidence and tools needed to take on challenging tasks that I possibly would have avoided in the past. CD, Glasgow

**I found the coaching with Robin, which we did digitally, to be very useful and allowed me to take a step back and properly assess what was happening and how I was managing situations. Being able to speak to somebody who was not involved with my business gave me the space to be open, honest and objective and talk through issues and concerns.

Robin was also able to ask me some questions that allowed me to approach these issues and concerns differently and with a refreshed view. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him and found the coaching process very thought provoking and insightful. LB, South Wales

**The coaching with Robin was excellent and very supportive during the current situation, and even though my circumstances changed early on in the programme, he was very flexible and adapted the plan to meet my changing needs.

Working with Robin has given me the confidence in my leadership to try different strategies, and I will definitely use some of the coaching models that we discussed. TS St Albans

Additional information

To achieve sustainable and tangible change, I typically work with people for a minimum of 6 sessions, but quite often it will be more than this and our time working together could range from between 3 to 12 months in total.

However depending on your needs and circumstances, I can offer fewer sessions.

Sessions are typically 1 hour to 2 hours in length. However, I also offer 45 minute sessions depending on your budget and time constraints.

Prices vary depending on the number of sessions. Please ask on enquiry.

I am based in Glasgow (and sometimes Milton Keynes), but operate across the British Isles and beyond where my coaching is available remotely or in person.

I am completely flexible to be able to work in and out of traditional work hours and also across different time zones, with some of my recent clients being based in Europe, America and South Africa.

I very much look forward to hearing from you.

Further information

My Commitment to Diversity, Inclusion and the Environment
I welcome people from all backgrounds and pride myself that many of my clients are neuro-diverse with conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia and dyspraxia. I receive regular training in this field from the charity 'Exceptional Individuals' and the social enterprise 'Genius Within CIC' with whom I also work.

As part of my coaching accreditation, I regularly review my outlook with regards to diversity and inclusion, and pledge to keep them front and centre of my coaching work.

I also take particular professional pride when I work with people (especially males/ those who identify as males), who for whatever reason have perhaps previously not been able to open up about challenges that they might be facing or possibly not been able to identify the opportunities and potential around them.

To those who are interested, I have also been trained in mental health awareness from Mental Health First Aid England and I have also received advanced PVG clearance from Disclosure Scotland.

I also think it is important to work in an environmental friendly and sensible way so where possible and appropriate, I will advocate for coaching sessions to be carried out through a digital platform such as Zoom, Skype or Teams.
