How do I do that?
I am a certified master practitioner of TLT - Time Line Therapy, a Clinical Hypnotherapist (Hypno-CBT), a Havening Techniques practitioner and International Trainer, with years of experience in life coaching, mental well-being, self-development, and mindfulness teaching. I am passionate about helping people overcome complex traumas, PTSD, depression, anxiety, phobias, and fears, and empowering them to achieve their personal and professional goals.
As a therapist, I help clients to emotionally disconnect from negative past experiences and heal from verbal, mental, and physical abuse. As a life coach, I support my clients' development by removing self-limiting beliefs, and working with them on their future goals and outcomes. I also provide mental health consulting and mindfulness teaching to individuals and organizations. I am committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate services that enhance the well-being and happiness of my clients.

As part of my PHD in Transpersonal Psychology I work with therapist across Europe under the supervision of Stanislav Grof (A giant in Psychiatry). We help people reaching extended states of consciousness to remove traumas. These states can be induced by breathwork or plan medicine (psychedelics).
