About me
Whatever your reason for seeking Life Coaching, it’s important to find somebody who can both support you and stretch you. You know you need to be met with space, compassion and empathy to explore what is holding you back. And yet you also need active facilitation to identify your best possible outcomes, to help you craft and create a future that feels fulfilling and aligned.
I help clients move from situations where they feel stuck or perhaps overwhelmed to feeling life open up for them, where they are actually excited by their next steps and the possibilities ahead. This includes clients facing some of life’s toughest challenges, from bereavement to betrayal, divorce to diagnosis.
I enjoy working deeply with my clients, creating space and a constructive focus to look at difficulty and challenge. Often clients say that they are surprised by how enjoyable the process is, despite the weight of the issue they initially come to me with. I enjoy bringing a sense of play and curiosity.

About Me:
I graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in languages. Thinking back now, it seems obvious that I’ve always been very interested in how we communicate out our inner realities and how our external world (environment, language etc) shapes our interior life.
I have a background working in blue-chip companies as well as over a decade of yoga teaching which I bring to my coaching clients. I believe that true excellence shows up as alignment, inner peace and unshakeable clarity.
I have lived in many countries including the Netherlands, Venezuela, India, Singapore and Hong Kong and I speak Spanish and Dutch.
As well as being a certified Life Coach and member of ICF, I am also a NLP Master Practitioner.
I offer a free initial conversation (30 mins by phone) as I know how important it is that you choose a coach who feels like a good fit for you.
