About me
Empowering people to make positive changes in life. My past experience includes several years of helping the unemployed overcome personal barriers to work. Barriers could include; anxiety, stress awareness, confidence building, developing assertiveness and interview techniques.
I am now looking for others wanting to step out of the 9-5 existence. You may want to start a business, you may want to travel more, you may want to work and travel. If you have a desire for a change of life, please get in touch. We can sort through any limiting beliefs you may have that's stopping you from getting the life you want. I would never suggest you leave a secure job without having a contingency plan in place first.
I also have a particular interest in Women's health and being able to, not only manage your health, but to thrive in the midst of it. As an Endometriosis sufferer (warrior) I know it all too well. I am a firm believer in the mind/body connection and have followed Dr David Hamilton's work as well Psychotherapist Benjamin Fry's, both who I have met and attended seminars with.
For the past 13 years, I have been running my own Health and Wellbeing business, providing remedial Sports Massage to the TV, Theatre and Music industry. It's led me to be in rooms I never thought I would be in. I provided massage for high profile tours such as Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, The Prodigy, Dolly Parton and have had the pleasure of touring with Riverdance for several years. All it takes is self belief and perseverance. Life can be a wondrous world of discovery if you allow it. You can literally create the life you want. Don't just take my word for it.
I have travelled widely and have spent time living and working in the US, Canada, New Zealand, Japan and China. I believe in carving out your own life and moulding it in a way that works for you. I feel I can't advise or help people, if I have not also walked the walk so I am happy to share my experiences and personal insights if I feel it will be of use. A lot of us walk the line of safety, with a secure job that pays the bills, but what if we want more...I am happy to talk through your plans and thoughts and offer an external unbiased perspective.

- Diplomas in Gestalt Therapy and Spiritual Life Coaching
- 2 years training in Psychotherapy (Transactional Analysis)
- I have had the experience of my own personal weekly therapy for a period of 2 years whilst I was training. I found this completely invaluable, not only for my own personal growth, but as a way to understand the Client experience.

I don't follow the same format as other Coaches. You won't get some watered down formal version of me. I will fully be myself and hope that would also make you feel more comfortable.
With the initial free 30 min call/video chat, we can come up with some areas we could work on together and then hone in on each one. Remember, it's also what you do between each call, to put what we have talked about into action. I can talk at you all day long or listen all day long, but we are here to put one step in front of the other. There is no rush. Sometimes its 3 steps forward, 5 steps back, but the greatest gift you can ever give yourself, is to know yourself well. If you do, the sky is the limit. You have to create the grounding first. Once that is set, you are on your way.
