About me
Retirement is not the end of a successful life. It is possible for it to be an equally satisfying lifestyle.
Retirement can be a massive challenge as people are often faced with the need to find a new identity and purpose.
Life coaching can help to turn uncertainty into embracing new horizons and new opportunities.
How is it possible?
As a professor of cardiovascular surgery at the local university and consultant cardiac surgeon, I used to work 12-14 hours a day until retirement. One of the biggest challenges I faced was to learn how to sleep well again as I was available to my hospital staff 24/7.
Retirement was traumatic and adjusting to life outside medicine, painful. Not all my colleagues managed it well either. Many suffered similar trauma and resorted to alcohol misuse.
So I decided to train as a life coach and hypnotist. This enabled me to continue my vocation of helping people. Now four years later I have built enough knowledge, expertise and experience to claim that I am a professional in these fields.
How I can help you
