About me
I am a professional life coach with extensive experience in the public, private and voluntary sectors. I provide a supportive, open-minded and accepting environment in which to explore barriers to personal and professional fulfilment. Using a variety of proven tools and techniques, I can help enable clients to become the best versions of themselves.
I have a particular interest in the following areas:

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

I offer all my new clients a free telephone consultation/discovery session during which we will explore what you want to get out of coaching with me and define a suitable package.
