About me

About Coaching:

Coaching can make a big difference. It's a bit like having a personal trainer who works with you, to inspire,  motivate and enable you.  Through this you realise your potential, your personal development or choices you want to make to achieve your success.

Life isn't always what we want it to be - no surprise there! However, if you want to become more self aware and make positive choices you can, with the right encouragement and understanding while you do it.

Coaching is like going on a personal journey, it's your journey and you control it, the pace and the direction.  The coach, provides the structure for you and the techniques, which help you explore on your journey and you set the outcomes.

About me:

I offer a unique blend of coaching skills and life experience, backed by many years professional HR and business experience.  My clients tell me this enhanced approach is most helpful.  I gained my experience working in private, public and voluntary sectors.  My background allows me to interact comfortably with individuals, groups or organisations and build relationships that are based on trust and mutual respect.  I am equally comfortable working with private or business/executive coaching clients.

While making my career change I had a great coach, so I understand what the experience can be and importantly - how it helps you focus and the difference it makes.

I've learned that enthusiasm for life or work comes from enjoyment and a little bit of hard work and - it's ok to ask for help, we all need it from time to time!

What you can expect from coaching with me:

Using this combination, I provide personal development leadership that builds lasting self-reliance and resilience.  It's an insightful journey that encourages engagement, reflection, enables clarity,  generates knowledge and a commitment to achieve your outcomes.  It's a positive experience that has a lasting effect.

I have a particular interest in personal centred development and provide support through listening and sharing tools that  enable you to become more self-aware, make the positive choices or improvements you seek.  I help you learn to define and achieve your success.

Clients tell me as a result, they achieve self motivation, self belief, confidence, understand about choice, increased self awareness, they have more focus and that they value themselves more.  They also tell me that they feel valued when working with me.
