I am a positive psychology coach and fully supervised by an accredited supervisor. I really enjoy seeing the transformation of my clients whether they are having one to one coaching or attending one of my Happiness workshops.
How does it work?
We start with a free 30 minute phone or Skype call to discuss your coaching needs. At this point I send you a questionnaire via email to really look at the areas you may like to focus on.
We spend our first coaching session exploring the areas you need work on. Some clients only need one or two sessions to deal with a specific problem.
Other clients prefer to book a block of sessions for an overall look at their life, enabling us to go deeper and set goals with real outcomes.
Maintaining great mental health.
Some clients have ongoing coaching sessions throughout the year, to keep their minds healthy, strong and to prevent mental illness. They look at coaching as a way to maintain their mental health just as you go to the gym to maintain your physical health. They come fortnightly or monthly and use the latest interventions from positive psychology to live a truly full and happy life.

Applied Positive Psychology and coaching psychology involves the use of a variety of techniques including cognitive behaviour coaching, humanistic and behavioural techniques which I adapt to ensure the right fit for you.

Supervisor and Mentor at Lifespace Trust.Supervised by accredited coaching supervisor.

EMCC UK is part of the Europe-wide European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
Together their aim is to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe.
EMCC is an independent, impartial and non-profit making organisation.

One to one coaching
Free 30 minute introductory call and when we know we can work well together we can arrange the amount of sessons required.
£65 per session.
Discounts are offered for 4 sessions at £220 and for 6 sessions at £300.
If you ask any parent what they would like for their children, their answer is quite simply "to be happy" Our teenagers are under a lot of pressure with exams, friendships and the demands of social media. With ten years teaching experience and pastoral care in a variety of schools, I can help with motivation, resilience and overall happiness . Young people usually find that 6 sessions is just about right to deal with most issues.

Happiness workshops for small groups
Are you interested in a life where you can feel happier and have more balance? Would you like to know more about positive psychology? Bring some friends and enjoy a warm, fun and friendly informal 2-hour group session exploring your strengths, your life as a whole and how to live life to the full. For groups of 4 to 8 people.
£25 per person. (minimum group of 4)
These can be held in the daytime or evening at the Wildmoor Spa.
Workshops can also be held at your home in the Warwickshire area.
(For groups of 8 the host has a free place and a bottle of Prosecco.)
