About me

I am a positive psychology coach and supervisor.

I really enjoy seeing the transformation of my clients whether that is in starting their own business, building a happier and more fulfilling life or getting help with parenting and relationships in general.

How does it work?

We start with a free 30 minute Zoom or phone call.

At this point I send you a questionnaire via email to really look at the areas you may like to focus on.

We spend our first coaching session exploring the areas you need work on and decide from there how many sessions would feel right for you.

Some clients prefer to book a block of sessions for an overall look at their life, enabling us to go deeper and set goals with real outcomes.

Maintaining great mental health.

Some clients have ongoing coaching sessions throughout the year, to keep their minds healthy, strong and to prevent mental illness. They look at coaching as a way to maintain their mental health just as you go to the gym to maintain your physical health. They come fortnightly or monthly and use the latest interventions from positive psychology to live a truly full and happy life.

Types of coaching.

Applied Positive Psychology and coaching psychology involves the use of a variety of techniques including cognitive behaviour coaching, humanistic and behavioural techniques which I adapt to ensure the right fit for you.

What my clients say.

Having Kim as my coach is completely brilliant. Always supportive, I find Kim's approach to my coaching is entirely professional, personalised and responsive. I look forward to my sessions and I always leave each session revitalised, with new ideas, tips or tweaks to my work/thinking and always in a more positive place than before. Kim is an excellent coach, she has fantastic ability to really listen to what's being said, and expertly guides me to find solutions, to reframe situations or scenarios and to take something new away. That might be something learned about myself or colleagues, an uncovering of an opportunity or confirmation of making the right decision. Coaching with Kim is entirely worth the investment, it is great value for money and she is highly skilled. I wholeheartedly recommend Kim's coaching services. I have no doubt that my coaching with Kim has enabled me to transition from employment to flourishing as a new business owner. It'll be one of the best decisions you make! (Amy)

"Kim is able to build strong, trust-based, client relationships. I find her to be a friendly, committed, thoughtful and passionate professional, whose personality makes her easy to work with. She is focussed on success and skilled at communicating effectively across all areas of your life. Kim has the ability to gently drill down from top level to more specific details when needed, with a style that is not invasive. She is a skilled individual, having clearly devoted significant time and effort in building her very consultative approach. She creates and constructs an achievable path to follow and build upon.  I recommend Kim whole-heartedly, she is mindful and gentle while working with a focus for achievement of longer term personal goals/objectives."

"I had reached a certain point in my life where I was running on fumes - emotionally, mentally and physically. I had nothing left to give myself. It was time to focus on myself, and Kim has helped me do that in a positive and healing way. I have gone from strength to strength, facing both personal and career challenges and helping to push myself past what I thought were my limits. For the first time in my life I feel empowered and more 'me' than I have before. I cannot recommend Kim highly enough, she's amazing."
