About me
Ioannes is an experienced integrative dual practitioner, coach-counsellor. He has more than twenty years’ experience working in the corporate sector across different industries. This experience has enabled him to understand the benefits of using various coaching models in the workplace and to utilise these for the purposes of helping individuals to enhance existing skills and achieve their desired goals.
Additionally, Ioannes has worked extensively as a peer mentor and has supported graduate development schemes and equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives during his career in the corporate sector. Currently, he employs an integrative approach to his work and offers coaching to individuals as well as in the context of senior leadership development programmes for organisations. His approach is relational, and the work focuses on identifying inner strengths and resources and harnessing these for the purposes of achieving high performance. In addition to executive and leadership coaching, Ioannes can accommodate all of your coaching requirements through the provision of Therapeutic Coaching and Personal Consultancy.
Executive Coaching
More specifically, Executive & Leadership Coaching is aimed at senior managers seeking to be more effective in the workplace. This may include resolving current work related challenges and becoming more effective leaders by gaining a deeper understanding of your strengths and weaknesses in the workplace. This approach enables professionals to become more agile in the workplace by devising and implementing more effective change-related strategies that assist with maximising individual and team performance. This type of coaching is designed to enable professionals to obtain a greater awareness of their skills and abilities, adjusting to new roles or career transitions and assisting with identifying additional professional development requirements in the workplace.
Therapeutic Coaching
Therapeutic Coaching focuses on your personal and emotional development. This is done by identifying issues and challenges that may be holding you back and facilitating the means to get you back on track. This can include and is not limited to; identifying what you want to achieve in life, getting in touch with your values and true potential and defining your aspirations which will ultimately set you on the path of achieving any personal goals sought.
Personal Consultancy
Integrative Coaching & Counselling is designed for clients that are seeking a more integrative approach that includes tools, techniques and interventions from both coaching and counselling modalities.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a member of the Association for Coaching and sit on the Coaching Executive of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy.
I have recently completed a Postgraduate qualification in Integrative Counselling and Coaching at University of East London which has enabled me to become a proficient practitioner of the Personal Consultancy framework.
In addition, I currently provide Therapeutic Coaching to private clients and Executive Coaching to those involved in organisational settings on various Aspiring Leadership Programmes.

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
