About me
I'm a Life Coach, NLP Master Practitioner and self-taught Mixed Media Artist.
Confidence is an inner resource that we can all access.
Our limiting beliefs about ourselves are all that stand in the way of connecting and using confidence in our daily lives. It's certainly not easy to let go of these long-held beliefs alone, however with a Coach the results can be transformational and literally life-changing!
None of us ever received a manual for life and how to live a good one. I work with clients helping them to negotiate life's problems. I use powerful techniques for overcoming overwhelm and negativity enabling them to move forward and be content and happy with themselves and life.
I'm based in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire and I work with people from all walks of life on a range of challenges and problems, over the phone and in person.

Training, qualifications & experience
I trained as a Life Coach, studied and received certificates in Coaching, Hypnosis, Reiki, Shamanic Reiki and to Prov. Trainer level in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
I came to Coaching by way of administration and management within the Mental Health Services in Nottinghamshire including private Medium Secure Units. I also worked as a Manager within the Charity Sector for ChildLine and as a Sure Start Manager for the Family Welfare Association.
In 2010 I decided to pursue my dream of being an Artist and I now teach Mixed Media Art Journal workshops. I have developed a mindfulness process which includes painting and collage and is therapeutic and accessible for everyone.
I also teach workshops in Nottinghamshire in Art, Mindfulness & Well-Being, Altered Book Art Journal and Just Junk Art Journalling and Vision Board workshops.

The Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming (ANLP) is a UK Association for NLP Professionals.

When I work
I offer a flexible service, including evenings and weekends. When I am able I also offer Coaching to clients who are experiencing challenging life circumstances at short notice.
