Life progression is closely related to personal development and interpersonal skills. My executive coaching is backed up by many years of experience in the corporate and Education sector.
In addition I specialise in supporting individuals to return to work or build up their lives and careers following traumas such as major illness, addiction, alcoholism or maternity / care leave. It maybe medical diagnosis or long term illness. The focus is on developing all areas of life with the aim to lead a life that is fun, engaged and meaningful. I believe that this is the best guarantee against returning to the damaging low self esteem, alcoholism or addiction.
I also work with clients who experienced major or long term illness or surgery. I worked with clients that have dealt with cancer, organ transplant or disability. Resilience, motivation and creativity are necessary qualities to overcome these major traumas.

With membership of Association of Coaching and BACP, Advanced Certificates in Psychological Coaching, Performance Coaching, Problem Specific Coaching and Counselling, Management Coaching and Mentoring, Cert in Stress CoachingMindfulness based Stress Reduction ( MBSR), I am able to work with a variety of clients and able to support them in whatever goals they want to achieve or blocks to overcome.
I employ various coaching models in order to provide a framework and various coaching skills and techniques to assist my client to move forward. I borrow various concepts from person centred therapy, psychosynthesis, mindfulness to help my clients understand their thoughts, feelings, behaviours within their environment.
I am a Person Centred Counsellor (Higher Professional Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy) and a Graduate Diploma in Gestalt Therapy.

Association for Coaching
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

I worked for multinationals for over 20 years, was an internal Coach at a large academic institution and had to deal with life threatening illnesses and recovery, changing countries and switching careers.I love to walk my dog, to travel the world, "mix" with the "locals" and learn about different cultures. I am keen to keep learning, I love to ride my motorcycle and to encourage people to be a " more empowered" version of themselves.
