I am Shelly, here at SV Coaching I use a structured cutting-edge approach to get you from where you are, to where you want to be, using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) coaching techniques combined with hypnotherapy. All are Certified under the ABNLP and ABH (American Board of NLP and Hypnosis). I can help you be the authentic you and achieve your goals.

Clients can also come to the Stockport office space During the sessions, tasks may be set for you to work away from the coaching sessions.
