About me
I am a senior accredited coach, and I am also a qualified therapeutic counsellor, so I bring a depth of psychological knowledge and expertise to my coaching. I offer a blended approach leveraging both my therapeutic and coaching skills to work with you as a whole person and provide just what you need in each session.
I welcome coaching clients of any age, any gender and from any background but my specialism is life coaching for women and executive coaching for female talent and leaders. I also specialise in supporting women transitioning to maternity leave and returning to work.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully qualified and accredited Senior Practitioner in Coaching.
I am also a qualified therapeutic counsellor, so I bring a depth of psychological knowledge and expertise to my coaching.
I have 18 years’ experience working at a large international FMCG company as a manager and coach and 11 years’ experience as a consultant.
Memberships:
- I am an accredited Senior Practitioner in Coaching with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and I adhere to their global Code of Conduct.
- I am also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and I adhere to their by code of ethics.
Qualifications:
- BSc (Hons) Managerial & Administrative Studies– Aston University Business School
- Level 4 CPCAB Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling – Guildford College of Further & Higher Education
- Level 7 Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People – University of South Wales
- Level 7 Post-Graduate Diploma Senior Practitioner in Coaching

I offer a free 30-minute discovery call, either by telephone or online. During this call we can discuss your needs and you can get a sense of who I am and whether we will work well together.
For therapeutic coaching, my fees range from £100 to £165 per session depending on the length of sessions and the number of sessions being booked. Frequency and length of sessions is decided by you. Typically, I meet with clients fortnightly for either 60 or 90 minutes, but some clients prefer to meet more or less frequently. Some clients decide on a set number of sessions and others decide to work with an 'open-ended' arrangement.
Prices for ad-hoc single coaching sessions, either face to face or online:
- 60 minutes: £110
- 90 minutes: £165
Prices for blocks of 3 sessions, either face to face or online:
- 3 x 60-minute sessions paid in advance: £300
- 3 x 90-minute sessions paid in advance: £450
Prices for blocks of 6 sessions, either face to face or online:
- 6 x 60-minute sessions paid in advance: £600
- 6 x 90-minute sessions paid in advance: £900
I ask for payment by bank transfer in advance of each session. For cancellations less than 48 hours before the session, fees will be due.
