About me
Hi, I'm Ruth, I am a Personal Performance Coach.
My career spans over 20 years working in the corporate market supporting employers with the health and wellbeing of their employees. I have worked with the one of the largest health insurers Cigna, and the worlds largest HR consulting firm, Mercer Marsh Benefits.
Prior to working in the corporate market I originally trained as an actress, working professionally in stage and TV. Due to my extensive experience in business and acting, I bring a unique set of skills to my coaching and the clients I work with.
My coaching approach is to provide a trusted environment, which is creative, optimistic and energetic, allowing my clients to grow and flourish. I have an open, warm and empathetic style, providing a safe and supportive space for clients to explore all options to help move them forward.
Having worked in the corporate market I understand the challenges people face when working in a fast paced and challenging environment. Balancing professional and personal life can be difficult, so having a coach to guide you through tough times or to help you reach your goals can be invaluable.
I am also able to draw from my acting training and the techniques I've learned to help my clients overcome anxiety and build self confidence. Whether clients are looking to perfect their presenting skills, prepare for public speaking or build confidence in general, clients are able to reach new levels of confidence for their personal or professional lives.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a 'Personal Performance Coach', The Coaching Academy (ICF/AC accredited) and DISC certified. I am also a Neurodiversity Trainer (CPD certified) and a Mental Health First Aider.
I am also currently working as a professional coach with a Global Coaching organisation working with large employers to support their employees with career coaching.
