About me
I qualified as a 'Personal Performance Coach' in 2019 and my aim is to help people develop their capabilities in ALL walks of life. Having been coached myself, I liked the fact that the ball was in my court and coaching empowered me to make some unusual decisions which resulted in some fantastic benefits such as career progression and making more positive lifestyle choices.
As coaching can benefit anyone, irrelevant of the subject they want to be coached on, I don't specialise in any sectors. As an active and healthy person, I do coach a lot of people who are keen to improve their fitness, health and well being but I also regularly coach clients on developing their careers.
I also conduct a lot of training for managers and executives who want to use coaching as a technique to effectively develop and manage their staff. Whilst this includes coaching the managers involved, they also learn the listening and questioning techniques that coaches need to acquire to be successful. They can take this into their daily lives, using flexibly whether at 1-1s or in a team environment.
I am happy to coach over the phone, via Teams, Whatsapp, Messenger or in person.
I offer a free introduction session (45 mins to 1 hour) so you are able to get to know me and I can understand what it is you want to get out of the coaching sessions, using tools such as the 'Wheel of Life'. It's then completely up to you if you want to continue with some paid coaching sessions which last 45 minutes.
I can also offer personality profiling using the DISC model at an additional cost.
Training, qualifications & experience
Diploma in 'Personal Performance Coaching' with 'The Coaching Academy' (Distinction).
CIPD Associate Member with a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Public and private sector experience. Working in regulation for the last 17 years, my experience has been varied, from investigation and enforcement, intelligence and risk analysis to now working in the digital and data field.
