About me

Polly Brennan is a mental fitness coach. It is her belief that it is possible for us all to make the most of our life's adventure

Coaching isn't an event, its a conversation with a purpose that helps you to create the tools to keep it that way.

Polly is a PCC accredited coach with an honours degree in Occupational Therapy.
She has been a mental health specialist for the past 25 years with an investment in promoting personal growth, resilience and wellbeing.

Polly specialises in delivering mental fitness coaching for open minded individuals and organisations who are invested in helping individuals and teams to fully thrive.

Polly believes that life is just too short to put off experiencing health, happiness and fulfilment. She adopts an adventurous and solution focused approach to uncover more possibilities and have you feeling inspired.

“In my experience, even the most creative and successful people can lack resilience, feel stuck, find themselves at a crossroad without a clear direction or feel that they are existing but not thriving in life. I place strong value on transparency and the use of humour as we work and learn together”.

Adventurous Coaching helps you to create a mindset that opens new doors, 'resets your compass', and enables you to successfully navigate your way through transitions with inner resilience.

Developing your knowledge and expertise in your health and wellbeing maximises your potential to lead a more fulfilling life, gives you the tools to become your own coach and to embark on your big adventure!

Adventurous Coaching has grown since 2015. It delivers individual 1:2:1 coaching, workshops, masterclasses, public speaking events and retreats that deliver noticeable results.

Coaching with Polly helps tap into your inner resourcefulness and that audacious spark that we all have, and help you to find ways to live a life that you love explore different ways of living a more adventurous and energetic life. This means something different to each of us. The big question is what does it mean to you?

Sessions currently cost £65 for up to an hour. Once we have decided to begin working together, we can agree on a payment plan to suit your needs and then we can get started.

Once I invoice you, payment can be made through direct payment to my account.
I can also offer gift vouchers.

Further information

How I coach: I offer a variety of options including face to face coaching, telephone coaching, Skype, Zoom, Teams or Whatsapp; whatever works best for you.

We can meet up at a time to suit you and in the comfort of an environment to suit you best. Each coaching session lasts up to an hour.

Head over to my website to check out the packages that I currently offer.

I recommend at least 4 - 6 coaching sessions to make a significant impact and have you going forward from a place of confidence and clarity. With Adventurous Coaching interventions are brief and yet powerful; we can co-create solutions in a short space of time. I love that coaching enables clients to develop the tools to move things forward independently and to be their own life coach after our work is done.

I would recommend weekly/fortnightly sessions to get things started and make an impact. I am happy for us to work together for as long or short a time frame as is useful to you.

What people have said about my coaching:

"Polly is a truly unique person. She is caring, patient and humorous. She gives 100% to the coaching process to help people on their journey. Whilst creating a professional relationship that sets the mood for change, she is also very down to earth. I felt as though I had a professional friend on my team. Before we met I didn’t see much hope for a future but now I’m free from a toxic relationship, I’m loving life, volunteering and building a future for myself. I know that our paths will cross again as I continue on my fabulous life journey."

"I have had the pleasure of working closely with Polly on a recent retreat in France with our female veterans. Polly was an integral part of the leadership team, as well as carrying out outstanding group life-coaching and individual sessions. Polly has also carried out strategic life coaching sessions with the management of Forward Assist which was hugely successful and a great help within our organisation. I look forward to working with Polly even more in the future and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough".

"Polly masters an exceptional interpersonal skill set to develop a creative path to ensure you get more out of life. Being a natural communicator and enthusiast she provides the ideal “mood lighting” to enable you to break out of the mould.
Whichever angle you approach from, the interaction with Polly provides a professional lens to focus and channel your efforts in a positive direction.
You could go with Polly to pay you tax bill or buy a pint of milk and you would look back with a feeling that the meeting was a positive and life affirming experience. Just think about what life could offer and the sort of exciting projects that you could be pursuing when you have the guidance to look beyond your current activities and focus on the sort of adventures that could be just round the corner".
