About me
I'm a highly trained and qualified coach who has worked with everyone from Actors to Heart Surgeons to Senior Executives.
I've also worked as a teacher and have taught and coached people from all over the world, both online and in person.
My style is friendly, pragmatic, honest and active - I'll challenge you in just the right way to unlock your potential and maximise your personal development.
I will not be asking you to do yoga or meditate during our sessions, but I do expect you to be open and courageous. I believes in and abide by the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) Code of Ethics.
I can work both for outcome-related results and support you with ownership and accountability. I can also help you discover underlying belief systems and attitudes that are holding you back.
