About me
My name is Natalie, I am a Life Coach specialising in ADHD coaching. I help people unlock their potential and thrive despite the challenges of ADHD. I combine my expertise and experience with practical techniques to create personalised coaching strategies to support each individual client.
I do not believe that ADHD is a limitation but a unique set of strengths that can be harnessed to ensure you are living the best version of your life.
I am a fully qualified, Cambridge University educated Life Coach, who lives with an ADHD husband and two sons who are also diagnosed ADHD. I fully understand the challenges and frustrations that living with ADHD can bring. I also understand the joy of being surrounded by a family that is energetic, creative, compassionate and spontaneous!
With over 25 years of coaching experience and a background in sports psychology and sports coaching, I bring a wealth of knowledge and insight to my work. Since 2018, I have served as a Team England Coach for Tenpin Bowling, supporting athletes at the highest level. My experience extends beyond sports; I also coach within a range of organisations, including The University of Cambridge, Servoca Secure Solutions, and NMBS Ltd. This diverse coaching portfolio has deepened my understanding of the skills, commitment, and mindset needed to turn ambitious goals into reality.
How can I help you with ADHD?
· Personalised one-to-one coaching: I provide a safe non-judgemental space for individuals to explore their ADHD related concerns, set goals and develop strategies to help manage their ADHD.
· Family Support: As an ADHD coach, I also support parents and families who are navigating the challenges that can come with ADHD at home. I help parents understand their child’s unique needs, build better communication, and create more structure and calm in daily routines. Together, we explore practical strategies that work for the whole family—whether it’s managing emotional moments, setting clear expectations, or just finding more patience and connection. My goal is to support families in building stronger, more understanding relationships where everyone can thrive.
· Support whilst studying : I help ADHD students find their footing as they work through GCSEs, A levels, and the transition into university. I offer practical, tailored support to build skills like time management, organization, and staying on top of deadlines. My approach is friendly and non-judgmental, and I work alongside each student to create routines and strategies that truly fit their unique way of thinking and learning. It’s all about helping them feel more confident, capable, and ready for the next step.
· Goal setting and action steps: We will work collaboratively to identify personal and professional goals and then break those goals down into achievable action steps for you.
· Support whilst undergoing diagnosis: I do not personally diagnose clients with ADHD. However, I know from my own personal experiences how daunting and frustrating the whole process can be. It can be invaluable to have someone work through this process with you and someone who hold you accountable to seeing the process through (even when you want to throw the towel in!)
· One-off session to help you navigate your way through the assessment system : It has become increasingly difficult and complicated to get an ADHD diagnosis, with lots of different options and pathways it can be hard to understand what choices are available to you. I offer a one-off coaching session that can help you explore your choices and what steps you need to take to get you started in the assessment process.
· Organisation and time management skills: Organisation and time management skills : As an ADHD coach, I help my clients find organization and time management strategies that actually work for them. Instead of trying to fit into systems that feel frustrating or overwhelming, we work together to create simple, realistic routines that suit their strengths and lifestyle. Whether it’s breaking tasks into manageable steps, setting up reminders, or finding ways to stay focused, I’m there to support them with tools and encouragement. It’s all about making life feel a bit moremanageable and a lot less stressful.
· Acceptance and awareness of your ADHD : For most people a diagnosis of ADHD is a life changing event, for many it is a lightbulb moment where life finally makes sense. But it’s also often a period of reflection, frustration and sadness. Coaching can help you come to terms with your diagnosis and process your thoughts and feelings around your ADHD. Coaching will also help to give you the tools you need to move forward in your life with your new awareness.
· Emotional dysregulation and RSD: This can be one of the most difficult and often devastating traits of ADHD. Coaching can help clients in identifying triggers and implementing coping mechanisms therefore reducing stress and frustration. Coaching also helps to develop skills such as self-awareness, self-advocacy and emotional resilience.
I use psychologically informed, evidence based coaching methodologies which I adapt for each clients specific needs.

Experience
My 25 years worth of sports coaching experience has given me a wealth of experience in what it takes to be successful, how to set and achieve goals, how to keep motivated when working towards those goals and how to deal with those self-beliefs that have been holding you back.
I have a strong commitment to excellence in my own life and have been a Team England Tenpin Bowling Coach since 2018. I know what it takes to build a successful team, I know the challenges in leading those teams and I know how to inspire medal winning performances.
Before becoming a full-time coach, I worked as a teacher in a primary school, mainly working with children year 6. One of my biggest frustrations of working within the education system was the amount of undiagnosed ADHD children making it the whole way through primary school without the correct help and support they needed. No one ever seemed to question why these children behaved in the manner that they did or why such bright, creative children were underperforming in school.
As you can see, I am genuinely passionate about ADHD. I understand how ADHD coaching can literally have a transformative effect on people's lives. I’ve had the privilege to witness this transformation with many of my own clients as well as having seen my children thrive after coaching.

Testimonials:
ROSE
"I met Natalie quite shortly after I received my ADHD diagnosis. I went into the session being quite focussed on wanting to get practical help and advice on how to live with ADHD and not let it hold me back, but I came out with a lot more than that. Natalie not only gave me great solutions, tactics and advice on living with ADHD but she also helped me to learn to be a lot more accepting of myself, be easier on myself and to love my ADHD traits and work with them rather than against them. I can't recommend her highly enough, she was just the person I needed at big moment of change in my life".

Natalie makes you feel like you can achieve anything you dream of!
Neil
When I started working with Natalie, I was looking for help with my ADHD symptoms, I had dropped out of university, was unemployed, on bad terms with my family and felt like my whole life was spinning out of control. Natalie gave me hope, she helped me imagine and identify what my future could look like. We then worked together to get my life back on track. Im now employed, getting proper support for my ADHD and in a good place within my relationships with friends and family. Natalie is definitely the coach you want in your corner, backing you up to live your best life.
Sarah
I worked with Natalie for a 6 month period in 2022. I had been struggling with a lack of self confidence and frustration at not being able to improve, as well as difficulties controlling my thoughts while competing and managing my own expectations. I was expecting Natalie to give me some exercises and techniques to help, but she did so much more. She was like Yoda to my Luke or Morpheus to my Neo! She guided me to understand what triggered my thinking and helped me challenge and breakdown some inaccurate beliefs I had developed, not just about myself but about the game as well. I would 100% recommend any athlete to work with Natalie. If you can put in the work you'll gain insights you weren't expecting to help you raise your game to the next level.

I had 6 sessions with Natalie and would like to have more. Natalie simply coached me how to become someone who was self-assured, comfortable in their own skin and someone who stayed authentic to themselves. Natalie has a calm and warm approach which makes you feel at ease almost instantly. I would highly recommend Natalie's coaching to anyone considering investing in a life coach. You will be treated as a friend not a client. I was unhappy in my workplace and Natalie's coaching helped my discover my own self-worth and played a huge part in me finding a new job. Thank you Natalie.
James
Natalie has helped me to set and clearly define meaningful goals, as well as put in place processes to hold myself accountable to those goals, and change them when changing circumstances have called for it. Natalie's coaching has helped me tremendously both in my professional and personal life.
Justine
I've recently finished a coaching block with Natalie and it was unreal! Sitting coaching with Natalie is like talking with one of your best friends, she makes you feel so comfortable, I think its because she's such a really down to earth person. I've never had coaching before and didn't really know what to expect, but I knew that everyone who is very successful invests in a coach at some point. I couldn't have asked for a better coach, she helped me understand that there's no quick fix which for me was a huge break through. If you are sitting on the fence wondering if coaching will make a difference then I would say 'Go for it!' Natalie is the coach you want to work with, she knows how to get the best out of someone by helping you discover little changes to your habits and routines that add up to big differences in your life. You always come away from her coaching sessions with more than you thought you would.
