My ethos is very simple, we can’t change the past, we can’t control the future or what happens to us, but we can learn to manage our reactions, create behaviours and thought patterns that help us achieve our desired goals and start working towards transitioning into a life we actually want.
My name is Kim, my coaching background spans over a decade, and is a skill set I developed alongside my successful career at senior management level within the corporate world and as a psychotherapist. I own a private practice called Dalton Wise Coaching and Therapy that supports people to take control of their lives, overcome barriers, achieve goals and live a more fulfilling life.
I do not believe in a 'one size fits all' approach, so I provide a flexible, person centred approach, to support and empower you to set and reach your desired goals. I will share my knowledge and expertise in psychology, resilience, emotional intelligence, leadership development, mental health, psychometric assessing and my unique 8 Wise™ Programme, to help you knock down the barriers holding you back, manage stress related issues, make decisions with confidence, problem solve life’s challenges, traumas and transitions and start achieving a happier and more fulfilling life.
If you feel that now is the right time for you to work through your issues and make some positive changes in your life, then get in touch, I promise a friendly face an empathetic ear and a safe space for you.

Q: how long are sessions
On average 60 minutes, but intensive ½ day and full day sessions are also available
Q: What to expect after contacting you?
On receiving your enquiry, I offer all clients a Free, No Obligation 30-minute Consultation, an informal chat to get to know each other better. If after the consultation you choose to move forward with us working together, we can make arrangements that suit you, whether that be face-to-face, telephone, email, Zoom or FaceTime
Q: What to expect during my Coaching sessions?
Open discussion: Each session provides an opportunity for you to talk freely about your issues, identify the Goals you would like to focus on, and set realistic tasks and timelines to meet them
Session One: In our first session together, we will spend some time identifying the realistic short-term and long-term goals you would like to focus on, and we will identify the first steps to reaching them.
Following sessions: We will then start each following Coaching session reviewing the previous tasks and goals and moving forward from them. We will review the Coaching plan, discuss any accomplishments, achievements and challenges and then set the next set of priorities as clear actions.
