About me
Hi welcome to my page,
I am a Positive Psychology Coach and I would love to introduce you to the benefits of positive psychology. Positive psychology is the study of happiness, well-being and flourishing. Learning more about positive psychology has increased my levels of positive emotion, joy, awe, and happiness and I have a sharper awareness of my own strengths.
I am passionate about self-awareness and personal growth. My expertise is in positive psychology, relationships, self-care and work/life balance. I have a particular interest in the relationship you have with yourself, what your passion is and whether you are living your life in line with your values.
