About me

As the founder of Veritas Coaching, I am committed to helping individuals and organisations achieve their goals through a psychologically informed approach to coaching. My coaching style is creative and somatic - meaning that I work with the mind-body connection to help clients address both internal and external barriers to growth. I am well versed in organisational dynamics and can support your business to build executive vision, depth and integrity. Whether you're looking to build your business, develop your personal growth, Veritas Coaching is here to provide support and guidance to thrive. Contact us to schedule a consultation.

To help communicate the type of coaching service I offer to organisations and individuals, I have formulated 10 principles of growth that Veritas will support you to engage with.

  1. Pride and Humility
  2. Natural Order
  3. Multiple
  4. Organisation and Self Discipline
  5. Deep Dive
  6. One Step at a Time
  7. Soulful Enquiry
  8. Name the Power
  9. Commitment
  10. Body Work

Head on over to my website to see the full details of these growth principles www.veritascoachingglobal.com (Intellectual property of Vertias Coaching Global)

The principles of growth are directly informed from my experience of working with complex trauma and the creative liberation from pain, distress and mental or physical anguish for a decade. I observe trauma or dysfunctionality within systems from the small to very large, and engage a team or individual to embrace the infinite potential to regenerate new perspectives, new procedures, new frames of mind and new directions of growth.

This frame of liberated growth comes about by learning how to tolerate shifting from a deficit mindset, to an abundance mindset. By this I mean when facing adversity or challenge we can fast track our mind and body into a pre-determined perceptual bias, that has more to do with the past then the ACTUAL MOMENT. That is not to say the past can’t be helpful in informing decisions, but that in equal measure the present and future can assist in unity. By disentangling from the old, into the new, by letting go of past fears and becoming truly conscious of the creative and collective potential.

Additionally there are also other dimensions available to us that may feel risky to cultivate. Such as integrating our embodied experience, believing your dreams or visions can become real, opening up to the quantum mechanical and metaphysical world of the human experience. Our educational systems have buoyed us in a pre-determined state of uniformed roles, self-image and life trajectory. Did you ever find yourself questioning this construct, and imagine it could be different? Did you dread joining the societal construct and long for more play, more space, more imagination, more nature. Receiving support from Veritas Coaching, will entail journeying into these themes and deciphering your own personal purpose and learning how to project that into the world in which you inhabit, in a cohesive self-narrative.

I am a passionate creative, and have committed a decade working therapeutically in private residential trauma clinics, the NHS, secondary schools and my own business Resonate Therapy LTD.I bring all the skills of a specialist trauma therapist, that has worked extensively with neurodiversity and complex needs, to Veritas Coaching.

By harmonising together a robust psychologically informed somatic based coaching programme. I specialise in supporting building meta-perspective of individual and collective systems. Are you ready to shift your life on a cellular,  neuroplastic dimension? Are you ready to embody and enrich your day to day living? Reach out now to connect and book a discovery call.

Testimonials

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Grace as my mental health coach, and I must say that the experience was enjoyable. Going into it, I was a bit apprehensive since coaching was a new concept to me, but Grace's calm and supportive approach immediately put me at ease.

One of the most significant benefits of working with Grace was the way she helped me construct my thoughts and set priorities. With her guidance, I was able to navigate the chaos of my mind and get a clearer sense of what I wanted to achieve. Her approach allowed for uncertainty, self-exploration, and imagination, which helped me tap into my creativity and find new solutions to old problems. Another thing I appreciated was her clarity around the methodology she used in our sessions. She made sure I understood each step before we moved forward, which helped me feel more grounded and centered throughout the process. What really impressed me about Grace was her ability to separate the therapy topics from the coaching. As someone who has now experienced both therapy and coaching, I can say that this is a crucial distinction. Grace's careful attention to this boundary helped me stay focused on the task at hand and avoid getting bogged down by old emotional patterns. Overall, I would highly recommend Grace as a mental health coach. Her approach is grounded, compassionate, and effective, and I feel like I have gained valuable tools that I can use for ages to come."

Nicolas Mahlunge, 33 years old,  Freelance Product Designer and Photographer, 2022

"Before I had coaching I thought of it as a more superficial modality than therapy; as in, I would arrive with my goals and make a plan to achieve those goals. In my coaching sessions with Grace, I found that she held space for me to go deep and discover my true goals, which were sometimes different to what I had initially thought they were. The process has been (and continues to be) revelatory, exciting and transformative. Through our sessions, I feel refreshed and confident and purposeful, which is very enjoyable in itself, and inspires me to initiate action based on my true values. I am excited to track my progress and see what I am creating come to life, as if by magic!"

Marina King, Specialist Mentor in Neurodivergence, www.nd-mentoring.org, 2023

"Grace was a confident and sensitive facilitator of our group which included a very diverse range of young and elder, with quite different needs and offerings. While we were invited to take on set themes by the Festival, Grace was able to draw us away from simply reacting into a more embodied, fluid set of responses that brought the whole group into play. By the end of the gathering, our group had bonded deeply, making the whole event memorable."
