About us
I am an Accredited Therapeutic Coach (AMACCPH), with an Honours Degree in Psychology, specialising in anxiety, trauma and chronic stress. Although classically trained and practised as a therapist I lean more towards a coaching style. Therapists tend to work with past events in a reparative way. Coaches typically reflect on how the ‘there and then’ has influenced the ‘here and now’ but the focus is not primarily on past events. As a Therapeutic Coach I use a range of modalities to help my clients reach their goals..
My UNIQUE approach helps individuals of all ages to address and overcome difficulties arising from anxiety, depression and the effects of chronic stress.
