About me
As a specialist early years coach, my goal is to support mums, settings, teachers and apprentices to provide the best possible service for the children in their care. Having worked in, headed and directed my own pre-school, it is now time for me to serve the wider community. This could be in the form of one to one coaching from senior managers/directors/apprentices to ad-hoc training. With the recent government changes to early years, it has never been more important for pre-school teams to work together as one, to support each other as well as the children. This is often an area that needs developing in this sector and one that I can help with.
