I work integratively combining coaching, counselling, and mindfulness-based approaches. I help you to clarify what’s really important to you, gain greater insight into your habitual patterns and understand what’s holding you back. I will help you to develop greater authenticity, presence and healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. Working together we will identify the plans, practices, and qualities you need to develop in order to achieve your goals and live, lead and work with more purpose and fulfillment.
All of my work is supervised and trauma-informed.

I have gained a deep understanding of developing individuals and leaders through my work as a coach, supervisor, counsellor, facilitator, mindfulness teacher, consultant and senior line manager.
As well as helping individuals with their personal development journeys, I have helped businesses succeed through effective leadership and coherent people practices. My business experience spans a variety of organisations from large corporations to small start-ups, in fields as diverse as FMCG, IT, high street retailing and the education sector. My work has included projects in change management, leadership development, team performance and organisational effectiveness.

Association for Coaching
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
