I am a qualified and experienced coach, coach supervisor, consultant, facilitator and mindfulness teacher. I have over 20 years’ experience supervising coaches and hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring Supervision. I also hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring and I am a BACP registered counsellor and a trained and qualified mindfulness teacher. I offer integrative coach therapy, leadership coaching and coaching supervision in the workplace as well as in private practice. My focus as a supervisor is to help coaches to find their authentic voice, and develop a greater sense of embodied presence. I see supervision as an opportunity to reflect on client work and gain new insights, explore ethical dilemmas, deepen self-awareness and build resilience and selfcare.
