About me

My main area of expertise is in therapeutic coaching.

Therapeutic coaching is ideal for individuals who need support in overcoming issues that are impeding growth. I support clients to work through these obstacles and gain the insight needed to adapt their behaviours to achieve their goals.

This is an innovative approach which integrates coaching and counselling to achieve better results for the client. I  have used this over the last few years with many clients with amazing outcomes that have changed people's lives for the better.

Testimonial from a recent client:

"Therapeutic coaching was a game changer for me. I did not appreciate how much my past experiences were limiting my future growth. Dealing with challenges that were holding me back has been transformative.”
