About me
I’m Nikita and I draw on my intuition to navigate you through a process of self-awareness.
I sensitively work with you towards unravelling what is currently holding you back from where you want to be. I specialise in positive empowerment, confidence building and career coaching, with a holistic approach to all aspects of your life.
With mutual commitment, we can work together to eliminate your unhelpful thought patterns, limiting beliefs, self-language barriers and negative behaviours that are preventing you from moving forwards.
I use my training in NLP, counselling and coaching combined with a wealth of life experience to support men and women at all stages in their lives.

Training, qualifications & experience
Nikita certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Coaching under the guidance of Sue Knight (International author of “NLP at work”) in 2012. Over the past decade Nikita has supported numerous clients of all ages and backgrounds to live in alignment with their true purpose.
She takes a holistic approach, drawing on her skills as a Yoga teacher, Reiki Master and Meditation facilitator, which she intuitively combines to provide bespoke coaching for men & women at all stages of their lives.

Further information
I’m Nikita and I enjoy guiding people on a journey of self-discovery, towards clarity and focus to bring meaning to their identity. This stems from me growing up feeling torn between my cultures and as a teenager facing what I now call an ‘identity crisis’. As a result I changed my name, and went to India for ten years to find out who I am and what I am on Earth to do.
I curated this workshop as a result of my decade of soul-searching in India, Neuro Linguistic Programming study and background as a yoga teacher specialising in reiki healing & chakra balancing meditation. I enjoy hosting groups of likeminded individuals, for immersive personal development workshops to understand who they are and their true purpose in life.
