About me

Are you at a crossroads, going through a significant life transition? Whether it’s a career change, relationship breakdown, or personal upheaval, change can be overwhelming if navigating through it alone.

Treatment Therapy is designed to provide you with bespoke support, guidance, and tangible tools you need to navigate these challenges successfully. What would ordinarily take years, can be condensed into no more than 9-months.

  • One-on-One Sessions: Nine 1-to-1 sessions with a qualified, highly experienced therapist to address your unique needs and goals. All sessions must be completed within 9 months.
  • A Resource Library: Access to a wealth of resources, including worksheets, meditations, and articles, to support your journey.
  • Ongoing Accountability: Regular check-ins and accountability to keep you motivated and on track throughout this process, particularly during the implementation week.
  • Online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as in-person therapy, and it offers the convenience of accessing support from anywhere. I offer flexible payment options to make our services accessible to a wide range of clients. This programme is designed to be flexible, and although weekly is recommended, we can work with you to find a schedule that fits your needs.

By combining coaching, counselling, mindfulness, and therapeutic techniques, I offer a comprehensive approach to healing, wellbeing and personal growth. My goal is to empower you with the techniques and support you need to overcome challenges and enhance your well-being. I have a wide toolkit, which means I can intuitively draw on the modality I think would benefit you the most.

Training, qualifications & experience

Over 9-months you will embark on a bespoke journey of; nine 1-1 sessions, access to a vast library of resources (meditations, podcasts, webinars) and receive regular check-ins and accountability support. Modalities may include, but are not limited to:

Coaching & Counselling: Providing guidance as you navigate life’s challenges with individualised support tailored to your unique needs and goals. I’ll help you navigate life’s transitions, overcome obstacles, and develop effective coping strategies. Together, we’ll establish clear objectives and create a personalised plan to help you achieve your desired outcomes.
Mindfulness and Meditation: Mindfulness practices can help you reduce stress, anxiety, and negative emotions. Cultivate greater control over your emotions and responses to challenging situations.
Therapeutic Techniques: Addressing specific emotional or physical issues, through guided imagery and relaxation techniques to access the subconscious mind. Yoga, breathwork & dance therapy may be incorporated depending on the needs (and the openness) of the client, along with inner-child healing.

  • Learn tools to cope with overthinking, stress and anxiety.

I specialise in confidence, empowerment, identity and life purpose coaching, encouraging people of all ages to progress from their current state to their desired state with ease. I compassionately guide men & women of all ages and stages of their life to take positive steps forward aligned with their life purpose.

I have been through my own personal journey and found positivity and hope through neuro linguistic programming, which I have studied for more than a decade under a renowned pioneer.

NB: My preference is to deliver coaching sessions online, but I do take a handful of clients in person in Berkshire (Slough/Crowthorne).

Step 2: I will offer you a bespoke package depending on what I feel would benefit you the most at this time. Price range £600-1200 for a course (I do not offer individual coaching sessions).

Step 3: We start working together and the magic begins! I have assessment methods to monitor significant shifts and tangible outcomes as we go along. I also provide you with a library of free resources, to support you throughout your journey.

Fees for 1-1 coaching:

  • 6 sessions - £600 (up to 1hr per session)
  • 9 sessions - £900 (up to 1.5hrs per session)
  • 12 sessions - £1,200 (up to 2hrs per session)

    I recommend doing a minimum of 3 sessions per month and then having a week off to reflect and implement.
