Journey with Nikita is based on the founder’s amalgamation of expertise and experience. Nikita facilitates empowering personal development workshops for men and women of all ages and stages of life. As a speaker, writer, and mentor, she draws from a variety of transformative modalities which include group coaching with neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and mindfulness meditation.
A recent finalist for the National Business Women's Awards and Great British Wellbeing Awards, Nikita has a digital library, with a positive mindset podcast and guided meditations to uplift people of all ages.
Dharma is an ancient Sanskrit word for one’s purpose in life. In this insightful and introspective workshop, you will be guided on a soul-searching journey of self-awareness. Although Dharma has its origins in Hinduism and Buddhism, this is not a religious or spiritual workshop, it is self-development with a holistic approach.
